24M. Asked for a dermatology referral for full skin exam, but I was worried about these 2. One is a bump I’ve had for many years, I had a lot of back acne and it hasn’t gone away since. The other is a freckle I noticed around 2 years ago, I don’t think much has changed. How concerned should I be?

Mosquito bites Monday 6/30 11:00 AM. It is now Tuesday 7/1 12:44 PM (~38 hours). Calves are swollen, I noticed a very faint red streak. Ear temp ~101.8, but I don’t feel any different. I’m worried this is a serious staph infection or worst. How concerned should I be?

UPDATE 2: THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO COMMENTED!! Went to a retinal specialist after a referral from my opthamologist. He took an OCT and dilated my pupils. He confirmed that it was a hypopigmented CHRPE and that it isn't something to worry much about since it's benign.

New optometrist noted spot on the inferior nasal side of retinal optos image. He suggested it could be a window defect or retinal hole. Supervisor also consulted and said it could be window defect. I’m planning to see an ophthalmologist ASAP but I was wondering how worried I should be?

UPDATE: Just saw an opthamologist. She confirmed that it was a retinal hole and referred me to a retinal specialist. She mentioned that she doesn't think it needs surgery since there appears to be a "scar" and I have no vision issues. How worried should I be?
