Craziest Managers

hi! I’m just here looking for some advice, im a full time produce clerk and i’m actually a new contender towards moving up into management. Aside from what I heard here, what are some good extra inputs and advice that would help take me that extra step, stand out more than the other full timers?

How do y’all afford rent here in Florida? $1,500 a month now only gets you a moldy roach infested apartment, & I can’t even afford that. If it wasn’t for me having two roommates to split rent on a place, I’d be living in my truck. Really sad that working two jobs can barely pay rent anymore.
