Barry Jackson on Twitter: I know there's frustration with not adding talent this season, but 40-37 in my opinion is underachieving with this roster, considering the decorated career resumes of four of these players, plus Bam and Herro. Unfortunately, three of those 4 former All Stars have struggled.

[Barry Jackson] McDaniel said in games didn't run well, Miami had injuries and "some games I didn't call enough runs." Remember, Mostert and Wilson - both re-signed - averaged 4.9 per carry last season, 11th best in league. Both back. McDaniel: "They're playing the best ball of their career."

[David Furones] Mike McDaniel said there are still plans to add competition on the Dolphins offensive line. He indicated team wasn't trying to spend too much on a big-money right tackle. "I want to get the guys that we have on the team better." But Miami still surveying options on market.
