Do you know someone else with a battery to try it on? Worst case maybe get a syringe and transfer it to another cart? Probably cost like 7 bucks but better than buying another price wise.

No problem. Had a one gram cart I got in Cali have that problem a few years ago. Just bought a ceramic cart and syringe instead of another $60 cart.
