My first broccoli!

That’s a nice broccoli! Much bigger than mine did.

RedLadyNinja

That’s a nice broccoli! Much bigger than mine did.

shekinah_

Thank you! I let the cauliflower go a little too long and it doesn’t look as nice haha

OGDA2313-

Ayyyye!!!! Just planted some broccoli seeds very excited to get my garden started

Wipe_face_off_head

She's a beaut! Save and cook the leaves, too!

feelingwinefine

Congratulações!

shekinah_

Thank you!

IllustratorForsaken9

Looks amazing! How did you prep it?

shekinah_

I just sautéed it with butter, garlic, salt and pepper!

IllustratorForsaken9

Delicious

cauliflowerbroccoli

Beautiful

HillbillyBebop

Looks great, too.

heavenonearth101

Yum! That looks great! Well done!

thejustducky1

I love that they taste more 'broccoli-like' instead of what you get at the store. Feels like I'm actually eating real nutrients instead of tasteless rubber.

Takilove

Enjoy that emerald beauty! Nice job 👍

sapere-aude088

You should name it, Broccolias.

itsbaconbooty

It’s a beautiful broccoli!!:)

ewout85

Congrats! It's a beauty!

wkomorow

OMG that is gorgeous.

GoLightLady

Lovely! Im jealous, brass i generally don’t grow very well.

Shelbs1313

Fish emulsion is what I put on my brassicas!

ChunkaMunker

Gorgeous!!! I grew broccoli since March 2020 and its grown really big... but no head on it

DetectiveLennyBrisco

I bet fresh home grown broccoli is really good. It’s never in good condition at the store.

[deleted]

We’re picking ours any day now!! Yours looks wonderful!

the_LloydBraun_

She’s waving at you!

fujiapple73

Beautiful! Looks like you harvested it at exactly the right time.

enolalola

It’s beautiful, just be sure to wash like crazy. My home-grown broc was great but there were lots of teensy tiny bugs down in among the florets.

shekinah_

Yep, there were a few caterpillars lurking!

[deleted]

I ate mine last week and didn't wash like crazy...

ExtraAmount

Right on!

S_E_P1950

Don't pull the plant, and it will continue to supply you with yummy small florets. Get more seed going for consecutive crops.
