Your ticket rep will reach out to you eventually to introduce themselves.
Assuming there is a preseason tournament this year as in previous years your season ticket will include those three games.
Plus I'm assuming we'll play in the leagues cup so there will be a couple of games included too.
Thank you for the response! I am sure these are really basic questions. I just am so excited and wanted to learn more!
From what I understand, playoff tickets cost additional money. What about preseason and leagues cup?
I had checked there and did not see any rep listed. I just checked again and still do not. Perhaps it has not been posted yet, since the invoice still has not posted either?
Oh, sorry. I do see that. However I see people on this subreddit talk about their rep by name. I do not see a name anywhere. Would I just have to reach out to find out then?
If you click the "send email" it will show their email address. I'm sure someone here would tell you who that is. :-P (Or you can search that email address and I'm sure somewhere would link it to the person's name.)
Same here! I also heard these horror stories about long wait times, but I just joined the waitlist shortly after I moved back (about a year ago) and I was able to get in this year.
I got a single ticket up in the Toyota Terrace because my kiddos are too little and my wife isn’t into football much.
I also got a single GA ticket that I can use for friends/coworkers and I figure I could always come down from my terrace seat to mingle with them pending it’s not too crowded.
Just a heads up, they have people checking your ticket at the entry to the TA, so it may be difficult to get in to say hi to friends that are down there. This is not to say that it is impossible, by any means, just that there is a barrier there.
FYI- I don’t know that the waitlist exceeds the available tickets anymore. I signed up to be on the waitlist last Wednesday and had the opportunity to buy seats on Friday.
Yeah I am not sure. I just know I emailed someone from the Timbers about the waitlist, when I reserved my spot on it. He said “roughly 12,000” for the length
The bigger problem is so many people want reserved seats. I have some friends that joined the waitlist in 2014 looking for reserved seats and this year was the first time they got offered reserved. They had turned down army seats for the last few years.
Plus, some people want reserved, but not Tanner Ridge reserved ($$$). Everyone is a bit different in what they're looking for, and gone are the days of '10-years-on-the-waitlist-and-not-a-sniff-of-seats'.
I got on the waitlist in 2014. I loved TA when I was single and in my 20s. Now married and with a kid. I don't have the time to wait in line nor do I want to be jam packed and standing all game long. Plus I can show up 10mins before a game and get in my seat. TA was great while it lasted but I love sitting on the west side. I finally got my seats in 2019.
Thanks!! I only got on the waitlist this year. I had been told that I was on a list of roughly 12,000 so I am not quite sure how I was selected. But I am not complaining!

Unless they change their policy, included. Plus US open cup games included should we host a game.
Thank you very much for the informative responses!
It will say who your rep is in SeatGeek.

Mine hasn't either. It said somewhere to wait up to two weeks then contact them if it didn't show up.
Huh. At the upper-right on the "My Account" page, I see a [Contact Rep](https://imgur.com/9weEnwf.png) section with links to call and email.

All it says for me is [email protected] I’m assuming that since I just was selected on Friday, it has not populated for me yet?
They changed it recently to be that generic address, but if you send a note your rep will reply.
Ah ok. Thanks :)
I'm guessing you just haven't been assigned one yet.
Do you know if Dan Gartner could be my ticket rep? Or is he the boss?

Yeah I’ve seen that at the start of games. But after the first few minutes they generally stop
Congrats! How long were you on the waitlist?

A friend of mine signed up Friday and bought TA season tickets that same day.

That is interesting because I had always heard Timbers army were the hardest to get

How much were season tickets?
For Timbers Army, $475 each
Oh wow that’s not bad at all.
I didn’t think so either!
Oh wow, yeah I’m definitely going to look into this lol
