Not Herradura. All their stills were stainless steel when I was there about the same time you were.
Yeah my memory of that trip is foggy at best….funny that someone downvoted me for thinking it might be Herradura though.
This skips a couple of small steps in the process, but it does a fine job of an overview. I've gotten to see it in person, and it's a great time. Go to Tequila and do a tour sometime.
