Russia and China Just Announced the International Lunar Research Station

I'm happy to see a space race reignition. Since USSR had collapsed, there had been no competition to NASA (ESA/JSA are just not serious). China at least has money to spend. It's strange how China picked an underperforming unstable corrupt partner in team, but I guess nobody else would agree.
For Russia it's simple. It needs money and hates the West for its disgusting democracy and \[sanctions for occupation, resource blackmailing and assassinations\]. China is much more tolerant partner, and actually does the same things, so it's an "enemy of my enemy" situation here.
At least Russia has records from the ISS and USSR era to provide "experience" for Chinese-led projects, but I wonder how much this bargaining info is worth, though, given the current advancement of the Chinese space program.
well we saved the money by not invading other countries and killing muslims there lmao
The only country that didn't throw away money on muslims in this list is Japan. EU did it via the refugees program, US on wars, Russia is paying annual contribution to Chechnya.
China... It's hard to say if they lose or earn money on Uyghurs concentration camps. Since we don't have info, both options are valid.
Thus said, are you Japanese?
