how fast are the potatos moving?

AMCistheonlystock

Mmm baked potatoes 🤤

tommygubz

Literally first thing that came to my mind.

SGT3386

About 3

Pisceswriter123

This is the right answer here but it usually depends on the medium the potatoes are moving in.

immortalreploid

What if you ordered a small?

Pisceswriter123

That's where the medium comes in. Its psychic. It will send itself back if the spirits wanted you to have a small.

This_ls_My_Username

approximately 2 ppm (potatoes per minute)

JoeyJoeJoeJrShab

Like most intelligent vegetables, potatoes are quite skilled at swimming. Fortunately for potato predators like us, they are practically immobile on land. As a reminder, potatoes should always be stored in a cool, dry environment, in order to prevent them from escaping.

idkhelp_

And after that, we can skin them alive

r0botdevil

Those are microscopic potatoes, which are much faster relative to overall size than regular potatoes but are still moving fairly slowly because they're so small.

JonnyBhoy

Hate this. That's why I only eat free range potatoes.

lifeisgr00d

I was just in Idaho, and thought it was weird I didn't see any potatoes. This must be where they went! However fast they were going, they sure got the heck out of Idaho!

straight-lampin

Thats whats in your mouth when you get seawater in your mouth. Neat.

daney098

Prolly similar to what's in your mouth at any time really

norobot12

These Potatoes are moving quite slow. However, when a farmer sticks a so-called 'potato-plant' into the ground nearby, the potatoes sense the bait and rush towards it at an impressive speed. They are believed to travel up to 1 m/s, but it is hard to measure exact speeds in the soil. They attach to the plant, hungry for chlorophyll and will probably (sadly) end up on somebody's dinner plate.

DanujCZ

About this fast.

xellevee

Is this why your eyes burn from swimming in the sea

immortalreploid

Only off the coast of Ireland. Those Irish sea potatos are no joke. Most places, your eyes are just too hot.

Piyaniist

Hella

AshamedofMyFarts

Couple questions: 1. Do these things communicate when they bump into eachother; and 2. Why do they always bump into eachother? Is this a natural/artificial two-dimensional environment or a three-dimensional one? 3. Why am I suddenly hungry?

dankmemerboi86

1: they use telecenetics to talk to each other 2: they are 7d gods, but we have managed to locjk them in a 2d prison 3: potata

veggiesama

Some are moving some speeds, and others are moving different speeds, but at the end of the day the most important thing to know is those spuds got spunk.

ZacHefner

The spud of light, a constant, is relatively slow.

millennium-popsicle

Rotifer just vibing

GrantNexus

I didn't know Dan Quayle was a redditor.

Ooh nice. Looks like someone added DLSS support for agar.io

shitterfarter

look at all that freaking messed up crap

Purple12inchRuler

And here I was, thinking that sea water was mostly whale sperm. Silly me.

yellowbin74

Anywhere between 0.2 and 2 potatoes per second, if that helps.

Omnisegaming

fast for them but slow in the grand scheme of things

Bestawdom

It appears although the speed is porportional to the mass of the potato

Jaconator12

Fun fact: potatoes are actually the fastest species on earth. We plant them in the ground to keep them still so we can harvest them ever since the great irish potato famine, where the potatoes pooled their collective strength and escaped in a mass migration to Idaho, their promised land
