I think these are kind of strange picks. I'd argue GSTA isn't all that experimental actually. DSU almost always seemed to be the fan favorite to me as well. And while I love Beach Music I wouldn't say it's the greatest. But I don't know what mine would be honestly.

This is my opinion. DSU got him popular. Race and Trick are the cult classics. Rocket is still good, it marks a pretty crucial transition for his overall sound. House of sugar is my favorite album though

Yeah, having got into him in 2014 due to DSU appearing on a lot of year end lists, DSU absolutely got him popular. Beach Music, if anything, was the meh album (just look at the reviews), and Rocket was a return to quality and the start of a run that he is still on.

it’s completely subjective basically, so to me it doesn’t really fit. I would say house of sugar is more experimental than god save the animals. and I don’t really like house of sugar that much. trick is def the most popular one tho.

Not bad at all. I don’t think Alex has a meh album but I understand rocket being that choice. You can also swap its label with HOS as well. But overall pretty accurate
