Looks like apple pie filling when you’re stirring it. 🤤
Literally came here to comment that
Grown, hashed, and separated by me
Strain: ‘strawpaya’ (papaya x strawnana)
Press: Low temp plates 4x7 w/ hand pump
Material: approximately 90 grams diamonds + terpenes
Super nice 👍
How many days did you take it? I have one going on 65 days tomorrow. The first one I washed was fairly greasy and I’ve seen others say the same thing. Did you notice any of that?
Actually took it only 57/58 days. We hunted this pheno from seed, the trichomes are more sandy than greasy. Managed to yield 5% fresh frozen to Rosin.
Oh nice. I’m excited to chop her. Also have two melted strawberries from Bloom going. How many seeds did you hunt? I’m doing a pheno hunt right now on some JOMO regs (not JMO) from Farmhouse Studios. GMO x Sugar Shack
This is the way
Amazing what you can do with a lil heat and pressure 💎💍
Happy cake day!!
Thank you I just realized 😂🍰🍰
Lucky duck I have had maybe 4 gs in my life was amazing every time
How long does it stay this consistency? Does the terp fraction seep back into the cannabinoids?
What causes the shape of the diamonds? They seem to grow in a different structure than BHO
They’re mechanically separated and pressed into this shape. Keep pressing the rosin again and again on low heat with high pressure and you can physically separate the cannabinoids from other compounds in the extract. What one ends up with is little skinny spears of THCA that are then smashed into “diamonds”. They’re not technically diamonds or grown the way one crystallizes other compounds or cannabinoids.
Unless I'm mistaken, it's because these weren't grown. They isolated the thc from the terpenes by applying low heat and some pressure over time to the rosin. Nugsmasher has demonstrated this technique multiple times and although the results look a bit different, they look similar enough that under the specific circumstances of these being solventless diamonds I have to assume they've been mechanically separated.
This video strikes me as odd because to my understanding they've separated the terpenes mechanically which caused them to degrade slightly and then they just added them right back to the cannabinoids meaning that they just have less terpenes now. It would have made more sense to keep it separated to mix on the fly per dab so you could control the amount of cannabinoids to terpenes each time. That's just to my understanding at least.
He did all this for the attention on here. Not to make sense or do what would be considered “best” for the produce. Don’t you know life is about the atta boys!
My life doesn’t revolve around Reddit man. I do this for a living, so I have to create unique products that people want. I learned a lot from Reddit when I started . I just post on here to return the favor.
These aren’t even diamonds. You stopped pressing well before full thca or there wouldn’t be any color it them. You also just admitted to doing this solely for attention… guess your reasoning is custo attention but either way just extra work for attention. Last but not least really not sure how you are giving back since you don’t have anything on here about how exactly you did it in your “professional” setting… soooo yea, I call bullshit on “just wanna give back” statement
Thems some big ass rocks 🪨 bath time bois
Amazing! I’ve done this on a waaayyy smaller scale. The amount of starting material here must have been impressive!
It looks scary but shit if it’s solventless then it’s a go
This looks awesome
Damn, looks amazing. 😫
I want some!
Holy mother fucking shitz this is awesome.
Loos like curds and gravy, just add friez...Lol thats so amazing to watch!!
Been working for months to refine my Solventless THCA this just gave me major motivation, looks amazing!!
This is my heaven my happy place I Love THCa it's the best medicine for me
What did you do w it? Dab it?
This looks fucking awesome.
Hats off to you, I'd be destroying myself with chunks of this shit lol
Looks so good 🤤🤤
Solventless THCA ?
The future of weed is here you guys.
it looks like you stretched out fresh press and broke it into pieces lol
That looks like stretcbed out and broken up fresh press
Why is this better than just pressing l?
This is actually something I've been wondering about, what is the reason for adding terps? Like for diamonds I do understand, the flavor profile and the high are effected. But I've seen some people doing this with just regular home press and it confuses me. I'm genuinely curious as to why this is done
Okay so i'm big noob, where/how do you get the terps? i've seen multiple post like this and i'm curious on the process of "terps"
I wish I could buy this in PA😮
I understand what you mean, they’re not made the traditional way. I’m just using the industry term, which references texture/consistency in this case.
Yes but the industry term to reference what you have here is THCa isolate. It's used in the industry all the time.
Not rosin but nice post anyways
Thank you, but it is rosin friend. There are dozens of videos and sources online if you want to do some research.
I don’t doubt this was made from what was at one point rosin. But this is mechanically separated diamond and sauce
