You could check their twitter periodically, i personally hate the ones that has a system in place that checks if you follow their twitter just to redeem a code, just why
I say leave it as is. It’s not disruptive and the benefits are obtainable by anyone. Exception is when you have to buy a $50 plushy to get a pay to win code.
As long as there aren’t any codes that give the user an incredibly OP reward, it’s fine.
Players shouldn’t feel forced to follow someone on a platform just to keep up with players that do.
Well I don't see a problem with it, it kinda depends what type of genre the game is though. For example a simulator would do great using codes but a game like find the markers wouldn't be as great.
1st: Nearly no one is gonna go follow them.
2nd: Just look up "Roblox -insert roblox game- -insert year- working codes" on google. Infinitely easier.
3rd: Most of the time the creator of the ####### game has been inactive for like an infinite amount of time and there's no codes. Freaking annoying man.
Honestly, nah just give the free stuff to the players instead of these bs codes.
No, it’s a stupid thing that I think is to attract players. When you see “[NEW CODES]” on something you haven’t played, you’ll join to play it and claim it and then keep playing.
What do you mean? A huge portion of top games already do.
I mean would you prefer this system to **remain implemented** or **replaced/removed**?
Naw, keep it. It’s a good way to promote their other platforms (Insta, YT, Twitter), and also gives back to the players for being players.
>It’s a good way to promote their other platforms you mean a good way to get players to search "roblox (game) codes (year) working 100%" on google?
Nah, typing 100% is way too much effort for them/j
same thing.
I just browse and find post where all their codes leaked lol
I just want the OOF back.
Sure, why not, you see the ad, you get the stuff. But no, I’m not gonna follow the devs on twitter.

Like anime fighters sim?
That and Project New World0

Who would ever pay such a big amount for a plushy? 🙃
You’d be surprised. Pet sim x plushies always sell out.
Are you referring to a tower defense game by any chance?
Plushie skins in that game offer no benefits, i think theyre reffering to a cash grab simulator franchise hats been around since roughly around 2018
No way, the one with the creator that got called out for selling NFTs (without still being sure buyers got refunded)?
Yeah man, the one with the NFT scandal (I'm pretty sure he's not going to refund jack sht)
Why turn down free stuff?

If they include a spin system and a code system, bring up your 30 alts. Otherwise, i think code system is good in some games and not good.

"to attract players" yeah no shit

No, because they are just ways of getting good stuff in-game and not working for it
It can do without codes from using Twitter. Just use ScreenGui, TextBox, TextButton.
i dont really know if you mean like roblox has codes built into them for free stuff but ok
Yes, so we can look up (game) CODES 2022 WORKING
no. it's dumb. i don't like it.
Like the ones from pet sim where you buy a product from them and receive an in-game code?
Another way to advertise their game, so why not?
