Every time I walk by the front end to go to break it's at least two customers bagging for themselves and like two baggers for four registers. When one goes outside there's never anyone to take their place
Same. I would stop and help but all that would do is throw off my hours and department's schedule. The CSM's can't schedule more due to hour budgets. I'm seriously about to write a suggestion in the box in the break room about it. It's the top customer complaint by far, and I see it happen every single day
Unapologetically, I would over-schedule if it meant my customers were taken care of. Where is the FEC when customers are bagging their own groceries? Why are managers not being called up to help? I have so many questions

I’m so saddened by that

Amazes me what managers think it's important. Appearances are important at Publix.
Managers are self important, associates are not.
