It’s not a good lever belt at all. Don’t buy that cheap shit. This is the best lever belt on the market IMO. Better than SBD, Inzer, etc.
I would go with the Suede one.
I have the leather one and it peeled pretty bad near the buckle etc.
Gotcha thanks but I don’t think pioneer is usapl approved. Also did some more research and I don’t think the gymreapers one is either I’ll probably go with inzer.
Also not relevant to your question, but pioneer belts are IPF approved
Unless they've updated things they aren't. You'd have to go through A7 and get the A7 X Pioneer version.
Hm yeah that is what it says in the rulebook now I've checked. [https://www.9for9.co.uk/collections/pioneer-cut-belts](https://www.9for9.co.uk/collections/pioneer-cut-belts)
I've used this belt for a few meets and never had any issues and they were all IPF sanctioned
What rulebook is this? Could ya link it pls, it would make it way easier to sell my old pioneer if it was approved.
The rulebook where it says the A7xpioneer ones are fine? It's here
But i think you knew that anyway. Think I've just gotten lucky at my last few meets hahaha
Ah damn, I misinterpreted and thought you meant there is an update or something where Pioneer are allowed. Got my hopes up there haha.
Hmm, that's interesting.. I couldn't use my pioneer at nationals. At regionals I got pulled up on it but they allowed me to lift with it.
Rogue sells the 13mm Pioneer lever belt with IPF approval.
The PAL is not IPF approved.
A7 sells the lever and the Pioneer Cut.
USAPL changed standards. They are no longer bound by IPF regulations.
USAPL no longer uses an approved vendor list for personel gear.
Equipment simply has to meet the specifications in their rulebook.
(With exception of METAL brand, whch is banned for other reasons.)
The approved vendor list was an IPF thing right?
wow this is news to me that's fucking great
