You can use a program called WinDirStat. Works great and it shows you an illustration of what is taking the most space. It's pretty cool and I've used it frequently to solve these kinds of issues.
It's a lengthy solution but you could just back up everything you wanna keep and factory reset. That'll clean it out

Windows 10? Click in the windows search bar and type in "remove." You should see Add or Remove Programs pop up. Could also get there via system settings.
That'll show you every app installed and give you the option to uninstall them. Should show the file sizes too. Some may pop up with the corresponding launcher to complete the process.

Use file explorer and look in the drive itself to see what's on it.
