100%. Fully functional. Unplug the power cable and off you go. Keyboard, mouse, everything is wireless.

Mini solar panels - gogo

There aren't solar panels small enough, but also powerful enough to power a PC by themselves. ​ You'd need a substantial battery pack included. I would, if possible, include a method of charging the battery pack using the energy produced while driving (similar to an alternator), while also including wireless charging with a specially made wireless charging station that both charges the PC's battery pack AND the RC's batteries.

I mean it makes sense that there are considering there are all sorts of radio-controlled vehicles out there. I've been into radio-controlled cars for the longest time and have built...I don't know...20 of them over the years. I would absolutely do something like this if I had the time.
