crown of the pale king requires level 52 and a good % of builds are going to have decent leech or regen by then, so i'm not sure how useful it'll be for leveling

I get got a laugh when they, for some reason, decided to nerf Marohi Erqi. One of the games most iconic 2H early map weapons that nobody used anymore...somehow made worse. No bonus AoE but you keep the same crap attack speed you get from the gem. I really dont think the added Increased is enough.

Assuming a 30% quality marohi erqi with 500% (perfect rolled), you’d get 706-1058 phys dmg but 0.75 attack speed.
Where it does get interesting though, is if you manage to corrupt it with flat phys, which will net you 8-9% more phys damage.
The hammer is dead for attacking, but it’s the best for battlemage.

They no longer Randomise the numeric values of the Implicit Modifiers of an item, randomise the numeric values of the Random Modifiers of an item, or Augment a Rare item with a new Random Modifier. Instead, they now Reforge the colours of, number of, or links between sockets on an item 50 times, using the outcome with the greatest number of less-common socket colours, sockets, or linked sockets respectively.

How does it change the power? Skeletons died to a stiff breeze already, so making them permanent won't change the rate at which you need to resummon them at all.

One hell of a glowup! 300 maximum life, and 100% of fire damage from hits as physical? 1/3 transcendence with no max res lost in a single chest piece, on top of amazing life.

This one is potentially very strong with Beacon of Madness. The debuffs it places you are considered debuffs, and should expire faster with this amulet. If you had stasis prism, you might be able to stay in permanent madness with no downside.
Unfortunately melee skeletons are quite slow and made of paper, at least currently.
Still, it's actually a unique effect as opposed to just giving 1 more skeleton. Maybe it will be better in the future.
If this makes them Convocation-able that'd be a major improvement.

with feeding frenzy they dash. in wide open maps a lot of times they just run way off and start doing shit on their own. probably won't help in any content that's particularly juiced, but you can probably gear a yellow map speedfarmer or smth like that pretty cheaply with this.

That added damage is like 10%, minions typically have huge base damage to begin with.
for carrion golems, this adds around 25% more base damage(with max rolls) and the +1 golems is technically more damage too, a super juiced wand could probably beat it, but this could easily last till pinnacle bosses.

It strikes all shocked enemies, why not. I believe removing a shock isn't an obligatory condition to deal the damage.
I believe so but shock from skitter is too small for base dmg of lightning conduit to be deemed strong. But yes it should work by wording of it
It would be enough for clearing if you have a better single target setup. If you compare damage effectiveness to Storm Call, it's actually still pretty good even with 20% shock on enemies. You won't be able to get overlap with Spell Cascade though.

Whoa, interesting. Free melee splash (sounds like it's not dependent on links at all), and with the free knockback too, the splash damage spreads even further... I wonder if there's a hidden less damage multiplier on this, because if not, this is better than Melee Splash Support at *any* level, which is pretty amazing.

We know all augment crafts will also have an annul. From the livestream low-tier crafts still all seem to be there (reforge fire, more likely etc). But all the top tier crafts...they'll probably be hit. I hope they still let us divine prefix/suffix though...

My baby is barely a shell of her former self. Pathfinder has been my favorite ascendancy since they came out and she's just been beat down over and over throughout the years.
It's actually just 6% reduced elemental damage taken for most Pathfinders since no one took Master Alchemist anyways.
Poison Concoction usually took Master Toxicist, Nature's Reprisal, Nature's Adrenaline, and Nature's Boon, for example.
Poison Concoction (and all poison builds, really) also got a pretty massive nerf from the Ailment Duration When Focused nerf. Millions of DPS gone in an instant...
I'm really disappointed about the choice they made for the future of fated unique's..

I was almost hyped for this league, but damn.... not a single build I wanted to play got any love in this patch, and my other fallback builds like Minions got gutted.

***Cool Unique Buffs I saw***
**The Bringer of Rain** Unique Helmet now has Socketed Gems are Supported by Level 30 Melee Physical Damage, Faster Attacks, and Blind (previously all level 18). It also now has +200-300 to maximum Life (previously +200-220). The changes to the Level of Supported Gems applies to existing items, though you will need to use a Divine Orb to fix the descriptions or receive the new maximum Life values.
**The Death's Harp** Unique Bow now has Bow Attacks fire 2 additional Arrows.

**The Death Rush** Unique Ring has been redesigned and no longer has any of its old properties. It now has Recover 5% of Life on Kill, and Gain Adrenaline for 3 seconds on kill.
**The Dialla's Malefaction** Unique Body Armour now has Gems Socketed in Red Sockets have +2 to Level (previously +1), Gems Socketed in Green Sockets have +30% to Quality (previously +10%), and Gems Socketed in Blue Sockets gain 100% increased Experience (previously 25%). This won't affect existing items unless you decide to use a Divine Orb, in which case it definitely will affect existing items.
**The Doomfletch** Unique Bow no longer has Gain 100% of Weapon Physical Damage as Extra Damage of a random Element. Instead, it now has Gain 100% of Weapon Physical Damage as Extra Damage of each Element.

**The Ming's Heart** Unique Ring now has 25% reduced maximum Energy Shield (previously 5-10%), 25% reduced maximum Life (previously 5-10%), and Gain 40-60% of Physical Damage as Extra Chaos Damage (previously 20%). Existing versions of this unique can be updated with a Divine Orb.
**The Obliteration** Unique Wand no longer Adds 25-50 to 85-125 Physical Damage, or 26-32% increased Critical Strike Chance. It now has Gain 30-40% of Physical Damage as Extra Chaos Damage (previously 13-15%).
**The Rat Cage** Unique Body Armour no longer has -50% to Fire Resistance, or 20% increased Fire Damage taken. It now has +200-300 to maximum Life (previously +160-200), and 100% of Fire Damage from Hits taken as Physical Damage (previously 10%).
**The Rathpith** Globe Unique Shield now has Sacrifice 10% of your Life when you Use or Trigger a Spell Skill (previously 4%), 5% increased Critical Strike Chance for Spells per 100 Player Maximum Life (previously 2%), and 5% increased Spell Damage per 100 Player Maximum Life (previously 2%). A Divine Orb can be used to update existing items.
**The Thunderfist** Unique Gloves no longer has +25-30 to maximum Energy Shield, or 100% increased Duration of Lightning Ailments. It also no longer has 10% increased Stun Duration on Enemies, or Adds 1 to 100 Lightning Damage to Attacks. Instead, it now has 150-200% increased Evasion and Energy Shield, and 100% increased effect of Lightning Ailments. It also now has Socketed Gems are Supported by Level 30 Added Lightning Damage (previously Level 18).
**The Wraithlord** Unique Helmet no longer has Minions Regenerate 1% of Life per second, or +1000 to Spectre maximum Life. Instead, it now has "Cannot have non-Spectre Minions", and +2 to maximum number of Spectres.

I do like a lot of the changes they presented in the livestream, but the terrible manifesto changes are still there. I just dont see any fun builds to play for this league. So much has been gutted or ignored.

It now offers a lvl 22 blight 5-link at level 41, quite enough of power to make the last six acts easy. The change to satin gloves reduced the level requirment, that is the buff.

The change in basetype makes it a lower level requirement.
It wasn’t a good option for endgame blight damage anyways. You would wanna get rid of it by the time you hit red maps anyways, meaning you only get to use it for 5-10 levels.
Now you can start at level 41 and even if you have to get rid of it at t7 or something now, it will still carry you for a lot longer overall.

Anyone can clarify what life cost change means?
It means if your skill costs 100 mana at base it's now also costing 100 life at base.
Skills are going to cost life, and that Life cost won't be affected by stuff that specifically reduces (or increases) Mana Cost.
are we ever going to be able to see more/all minion stats in the tooltip or on the character stat screen? that'd be useful...meaning we'll never get it, of course.
like, they mention chances and crit rate and things I CANNOT SEE, so I dont trust it :/

I only see here are mostly nerfs. You try to slow down economy by replacing exalted with divine, hoping players will play more. Well be ready to nerf heist, cuz divine farmers will spam it. This is IMO the biggest nerf hammer you dropped on the game, but we will see how the league goes on. I really wonder if this strategy of making the game an item oriented fiesta will really pay of. I hope I \`ll have fun, but I doubt it, new skills you introduced are shit.

Chris' response to Ziggy asking about the 2 radius buff on Cleave was such a cop out. Saying that players basically don't understand the consequences of changes they ask for... as fucking if the majority of unused skills even getting a 30 to 50% dps increase would ruin the game for people.
I just want some more build diversity. We waited 6 months for changes, I see what they are doing but I was really expecting at the very least more skill gems that are interesting if they are leaving a shitload of them dead and unplayable...
Maybe some more ascendancy numerical tweaks?? Really whats the harm I actually just don't understand at this point.
