Anyone work night shift while pregnant or trying to conceive?

RNWho

I've worked nights for nearly 10 years. I stopped my birth control January last year and had a baby boy in late December, so 3 months to conceive? The important things are: -eat healthy, cut down caffeine, start prenatals now. Overall health is important to maintaining a healthy pregnancy -period track, if you're irregular get ovulation strips and test -dont try every day while you're fertile. Theres some evidence to show that too often is going to lower sperm count and quality. We did every other day just before up until just after my fertile window Good luck OP!

I work night shift and in the last year six of my coworkers on nights have gotten pregnant. One who had fertility issues prior to working nights. Sending you good vibes

I got pregnant within 2 months of trying while working nights, and had plenty of pregnant coworkers in the past. That has to be a myth. I did cut down my caffeine, though, which was a bummer.

Yep, I had no problem getting pregnant- like it happened the first month we actually tracked dates and tried.
