Yes they do. I actually bought the lab and everything and they approved my temp license, and a month later they approved my official license and I haven’t even started the lab

Did you send proof of enrollment to the state board or something?

No. They’re supposed to only approve your license when you’ve completed the class and they’ll know you’ve finished it because you have to send your transcript in. But for some reason they approved it, I bought a temp license and everything. This happened to two other people that I’ve been in contact with who were getting their California license
