Try running iwevent in a terminal and then start Csgo and see if iwevent spits out anything.
If not, I'd recommend sifting through your journalctl logs.
Next time it happens, can you try restarting pipewire?
`systemctl --user restart pipewire.service pipewire-pulse.socket`
This might help you, it helps me, I should look more into it and create bug report, PW has been falling apart for some time now, for me at least

I have high ping that I notice only in CSGO, when using Linux wifi, I think that is a driver bug. Now I use cable.
