No... I actually asked for a friend he hasn't found any solution. I'm a bit more paranoid and I am afraid they're going to keep charging him, but he said since it's "suspended" it should be fine.
I have the same problem, and after some looking around I'm confident I got it -- you have to access the cancellation page directly:

Oh, I seeI am worried, too, that it may result in the account restriction, if I don't pay before the term suspension ends.
