There’s not an easy way to wipe them. You need to go through each mapping and either remap or deselect the two boxes at the top to clear them.
It sounds like DasLight 5 is going to address the midi-related issues of DL4/MyDMX.
Yeah, that's what I figured and what I ended up doing anyway. What a pain. Seems like such an easy thing to fix. Oh well. 🤷🏻♂️
Yeah, it’s an unfortunate flaw.
The software also has known issues with MIDI feedback. I’m cautious about mapping faders, I disable all MIDI sources that don’t interact directly with the software (in PREFERENCES) and I usually try to keep al of my mappings to 3 channels.
Interesting. I haven't had many issues with faders yet, but I'll have to keep that in mind. I will say that mapping knobs always seem to crash the program though.
Yep, that’s the issue.
Just knowing to avoid it will save you a ton of hassle.
