Getting evicted without notice, landlord breaking contract:( seeking advice (canadian)

It's not the building manager's call whether you need to leave or not. Even if they are correct that Jane is in breach of the strata rules by renting out the unit, Jane or the strata will still need to go through the formal eviction process.
So far as I can tell, you have no reason to believe that your tenancy is ending, and your negotiation with Jane is just that. If you're not happy with Jane's offer, you can continue until you give notice to end your tenancy normally, either a month before the end of your lease, or a month before you leave if you let the lease roll over to a month-to-month tenancy.

Its been posted that the rezoning is set to take place in 2 months (as explained on the building website and govt notice) and I doubt they can move the date..? So im guessing my contract will still be breached.
