This is Sail and it is organized every 4 years. I have been on one of those boats and I can assure you it is a massive amount of fun. It is chaotic but taking a small tender past massive sailing ships is fantastic.
But I can see more motor boats than sail boats. I suppose it is a tall ship event, tall ships are the biggest 3 mast sailing ships. Some are military school ships and the most beautiful one is the Italian marine school boat: Amerigo Vespucci.
In Los Angeles traffic box trucks and 18 wheelers take random U-turns on city streets, and car drivers make room for them, it looks like insanity during peak LA rush hour
You need mad skills to drive a manual in a traffic jam, when you drive too long in India, you can see some order within the chaotic traffic. You conquer Indian roads, you can drive anywhere in the world.
What mad skills bro in a tight traffic jam with less than 5kmph avg speed, just down the gear to 1, completely remove ur foot of accelerator, fully hold down the clutch and just slowly release a bit of clutch when u need to move. As soon as traffic clears use accelerator and raise the rpm high enough to directly shift to 3 to gain the free space ahead of u as quick as possible, maybe even honk a bit if someone tries to cut u off thats it.
Florida has Ft Lauderdale flooded right now and swampy water up north. Then might go underwater in the future. The Netherlands should be underwater but remains as is due to their dams and dikes.
Truly the Netherlands have amazing engineering and construction and they are doing something to prevent water from sinking the place unlike Florida.
I hate it when I'm just trying to get to Wholefoods for some scallops and some guy in a FOUR MASTED SCHOONER is like "Hold on y'all, I need to back into mooring...sorry y'all, lemme try again..."
Mad props to the tug boat operators. That amount of coordination involved when they have to spin some of those larger boats in the middle of all that chaos must be intense.
That doesn't look enjoyable at all.
What my clients say when I drop my clothes.
Username checks out?
Hahahahaha 🤣🤣🤣🙆🏻♂️🙆🏻♂️

The most beautiful ship in the world
My thought...doesn't that look fun!
So many people have boats... and I have none.
Certainly many of them have to be company business boats. Fishing or goods transportation I’d suspect. Most people don’t have boats.
My dad has a boat
My dad doesn’t have a boat
Wait why did this get awarded? What am I missing here?
A boat most likely
What a sad day to not own a boat.
I don’t have a dad
This is why navigation clases are so important
Like education classes or like weight classes & biggest ship does what he wants
Both? Lol
Yeah that big ship doing a donut in an ocean of boats is just nuts
In Los Angeles traffic box trucks and 18 wheelers take random U-turns on city streets, and car drivers make room for them, it looks like insanity during peak LA rush hour
I refuse to believe every single one of them took a navigation class. I also refuse to believe there were no collisions.
This is not the USA.
Which event?
Think it might be ‘Sail’, believe it or not..
My guess would be Sail
🎶SAIL🎶
DUN DUNDUN DUN DUN DUN DUN
Old school RuneScape is making a new skill potentially so this is a fan made celebration for the upcoming content
Pirates of the Caribbean.
What are the laws 😭
It’s like the roads when they were first invented. Don’t crash and you’re good
Or Indian roads today lol
You need mad skills to drive a manual in a traffic jam, when you drive too long in India, you can see some order within the chaotic traffic. You conquer Indian roads, you can drive anywhere in the world.
Me riding on Indian roads daily with a constant analysis of anything that can happen might happen any second with what next should I play next

COLREGs, roughly always pass port to port if possible. Also, the least maneuverable/largest ships tend to get priority
That one sailboat looked like it got caught in a strong wind lol
Just one more lane
Underrated comment
Just one more river
Anxiety triggering
I didn't even know this many boats existed 🤯
said the german on Dday
This makes me think of ants. In water. Goes without saying, now I’m anxious.
Looks like Monday afternoon street traffic in the Philippines
Ahhhh the open seas…
Looks like those Indian rush hour traffic cams
Looks like driving in India, but on the water.

Ants!
Ugly water and architecture, it ain't pretty like Florida is
Lmao I'd return to Amsterdam 10 times before I ever go back to Florida.
Are you just comparing places with water near them? Florida and Amsterdam have practically nothing in common.
Ugly water, but very beneficial. The Netherlands is almost as far north as southern Alaska. The water gets darker there because of all the plankton.
Florida has Ft Lauderdale flooded right now and swampy water up north. Then might go underwater in the future. The Netherlands should be underwater but remains as is due to their dams and dikes. Truly the Netherlands have amazing engineering and construction and they are doing something to prevent water from sinking the place unlike Florida.

hey man, i really appreciate you posting this old video. try next time to make your own thing maybe
why don't you go make your own chromosomes?
Idk how bad your day has been to post this but I hope it gets better. Negativity helps no one
I think this looks pretty impressive.
This desperately need the Benny Hill theme song added.
It's important to have floatable cities
Yum, clean water…
Looks like the way to yo mama's house. Oh snap
That poor harbor pilot.
What was that at the end? Looked like a fire on the right side of the screen.
I hate it when I'm just trying to get to Wholefoods for some scallops and some guy in a FOUR MASTED SCHOONER is like "Hold on y'all, I need to back into mooring...sorry y'all, lemme try again..."
I can’t believe how fast they move!
Traffic jam on a river??
Being slow is being good
That ship going left to right and Back was awesome.
What is this the average dutch landscape
Looks like china traffic, except boats on water.
Hullua
this is like that scene in Bee movie
WARNING! DO NOT SPEAK OF THE EVENT!
I found this on YouTube, Is there a regular speed version?
It is hard to tell in the video, were the large boats spun around by tugs or did they that on their own?
The Craft and the Fluyt
This looks like roaches in some raid commercial.
u/redditspeedbot .4x
Traffic on regulated roads is rough, can’t imagine this
I thought there was only car traffic hahahah now even in the water there is traffic hahahah
Gosh who has right of way
Can anyone tell me what that big white yacht with what looks like a massive white statue at :10 was? Or who it belongs to?
Hahaha I love the long blue one that’s like “comming through muthafuckas!!”
Casual Orlando traffic
Thanks, but I'll walk
So much traffic! They should have used bikes..
Did anyone see the whole ass pirate ship go through?
Crazy ass Dutch. They’re probably pulling this off high!
If this was in 2015, i was there when it happened. Crossing the river on a ferry was awesome :)
Those old sail ships in the middle of all that chaos is just incredible to contrast.
That looks fun
At least they're high af.
You can’t escape the traffic, even out to sea
Oh yeah I remember that. Had lost all my glocks in that boating accident.
Holy crap , they are fast!
That's a lot of tall ships.
How the hell did some of those larger boats do complete 180's in the middle of high traffic like that? Some impressive sailors there.
I wonder what the time lapse is here
It’s likely Sail- and event that’s held every 4 years from what I recall
Boats
Wow.
Bikes, boats, and blunts
Amsterdam is a magical place I loved it their
RIP Florida.
TIL boats can reverse park.
Sped up very fast
That blue boat don’t give af 🤣
i love swimming in petrol water
Neat
Anyone else annoyed by the big four mast sail boat doing a 270 clockwise instead of a 90 counter clockwise turn?
Imagine being a fish under that traffic. What would they be thinking?
How do they move so fast and not run into each other?
That looks horrible
Looks like traffic in India
That's bonkers! Now I wanna see it in normal speed.
This is giving me a minor panic attack…fuck all that
I’d be the unlucky one to get hit 😂
Plus they are probably all high. 🤣
Theodore the tugboat!! .....nah...f that
I think it’s be cool to be a boat passenger but no thanks on the captain position for this
Just like their bike routes - every rush hour.
That's fucked
was that the Italian training ship Palinuro in 0:22
Jeder Fisch so , Anzeige raus 🤣😺
Damn said Amsterdam
Leaf cutters
😂😂😂 hell I'll look if you will😂😂😂
That water must be absolutely ass
Oh my fucking god
* vroom vrooms in boat *
Finally the great pirate era has begun.
Pretty impressive. No crashes and they're all stoned.
Busier than the crossroads in SEA
A lot of STD
Looks a lot more intense when it’s sped up haha
u/savevideo
I thought plastic.
Objects in the video are slower than they appear
Mad props to the tug boat operators. That amount of coordination involved when they have to spin some of those larger boats in the middle of all that chaos must be intense.
The Tall Ships Race. It will be happening in Hartlepool, North East England in July this year. But not as massive as Amsterdam 😊😊
A warship tried to sneak in lol
It's the SAIL. It's wonderful. Next in 2025
Looks awesome to watch but probably not to participate.
What a crap fest
Does it change the water currents in the entire port...
That is a surprising number of sailing ships
ships on grandline:
This looks even more disgusting than a full highway.
u/savevideobot
I'm disappointed to see that all those sailing ships are not actually sailing ships, and the sails are just for show.
what was the event....it looks like setting fire to an anthill..... WTF is goin on in here...
This looks mildly infuriating
Damn! Always in such a rush.
This is everyday road traffic in any Indian city
Imagine being a fish live there
Love how they just look like cars on a road and suddenly a big boat/yatch comes up
Damn even the pirate ship pulled up
It’s like watching the SIM’s….
Awful.
i think i saw a spanish galleon or two passing by…
Looks like pollution. Lots of big particles in(on) the water. Boil before use
It barely misses each other.
Ain't nobody gonna break my stride, oh no, I got to keep on moving.
Bro that one blue ship. Its going back and forth
Jack Sparrow just shows up out of nowhere in his fuckin galleon amongst all the yachts and little motorboats. I laughed
Why did that white boat do a whole 180
How XDD
Wow.. that looks like a Monday morning on a busy street in Mumbai!!
That is so cool! [here](https://youtu.be/U0QKAh-1yUo) this little video of what it is really like. It is a great event.
ok, they need to *slow the fuck down*; someone's going to get hurt.
That blue boat gives no fucks! Straight through the lot of them, sideways across the river.
quel bordel...
This must be a joke, amazing.
This is giving me heart palpitations
We're all bugs under a microscope.
Those are some very skilled seamen.
And yet people keep running into naval ships in less cluttered waters
It's like the Kathy freeway
and 0 accindents???
The traffic controller drank way too much Red Bull.
One crash. Its all over
The blue boat zooming past the screen every 2 seconds is killing me
Imagine showing this video to a dutch seafarer from the 17th century
I can't believe there's no accidents with how fast they're moving.
That water 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
Looks like its sail
