I bought a good bit of these awhile back. Cartridges contain filler that completely gunked up my chamber within 45 rounds
I do not recommend buying these
Edit: Minutemen Munitions has reached out. They have tested new rounds that they're happy with compared to the product that gave me trouble.
I'll happily purchase plenty more ammo after a couple test boxes.
How long ago did you purchase these? We realized the powder we were first using did not fly for our QC. We switched up the powder we are using a few months ago and I'd like to send you the new batch for you to check out. We do value our customers opinions, that is how we make our products better.
Thanks for reaching out. I'd be happy to send you a pm with additional info from my order if that helps.
Very happy to see you guys owning it and offering to help
Yes please do that, we were just at the range triple checking our current 200gr 300blk load suppressed and are pleased with the product.
What length barrel did you use? I had a problem with unburnt powder in an 8.5" suppressed platform.
Same here with 9"
Well in for 3 now. Trusting you guys. Thanks for the decent pricing
You know where to find us if you need us. We definitely appreciate the business!
Thanks for this insight. I was a little excited and then promptly put my wallet back in my pocket
Wish I knew earlier. I've still got 200+ rounds I found under 39¢ I refuse to use
Great info! And for a second, I almost regretted buying 800 rounds of supers from last night’s deal.
That company has zero to do with us, in fact none of us here have even heard of them till we read this.
It's all good, we actually care for our customers.
That's a pretty accurate description of the problem I had. It got everywhere... Thankfully it was before any suppressor
Why this over 200 gr S&B for the same price?
One is fmj and one is tmj.
Want to share the link to the S&B ammo?
Trueshotgunclub has 1k rounds for around 50 cpr shipped. Use ammoseek.com to find the best deals.
Look for brownell coupons. That's how you usually get it down to 49-50 cpr
Oos currently. I thought there might be an active deal. Thank you for the tip
I don't know TBH. I don't have a 300BLK (yet), but I stumbled across this & figured I'd share. Sub-50cpr shipped seems to be the "good deal" threshold for subsonic 300BLK, no?
S&B subs can be had for around 10 to 10.50 a box and run like butter in my 10.5" suppressed.
I'm always bothered by these fly-by-night ammo shops getting posted with "new/not reman." It isn't that the brass was previously used that makes shooting reloads dangerous, it's that these companies have questionable QC. Whether or not the brass has already been fired, I still wouldn't shoot this crap unless I was standing 50 feet away with a string tied to the trigger.
I can tell you we are definitely not a fly by night company, we have been around since February 6 2013. Also we would not be able to grow year after year if our Quality Control was crap. I'm not sure how much of our ammo you have shot before, but we do have competitive shooters, our top being (Marcus Lanfier) who uses our 115 blue coat reman and has won 19 championships in 2 years. We sponsor a couple youtubers MrGunsNGear and KitBadger, check them out and read the comments on their videos for references. Also feel free to email us at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) we are here to help.
That’s some mighty fine customer service right there
Thank you very much! If a customer is willing to let us help them, we will do what we need to.
I'd love to test your product to potentially sell. Any way we can make that happen?
Hahahaha, we are waiting to see what happens with the Military trials before we decide on that. We are also tossing around 9x39.
Well many factors go into load development...Typically for a brand new round that we have nothing in house for at the moment it tends to be in the neighborhood of $10,000. The biggest expenditures being labor and buying a gun for testing.
Supposedly they've been around since 2013. Not the oldest manufacturer but not exactly fly by night.
>It isn't that the brass was previously used that makes shooting reloads dangerous, it's that these companies have questionable QC
Thank you. It gets so old reading the unwarranted hate towards "remans" when people don't know what they're talking about. Just because brass is reused doesn't make it automatically bad/dangerous. The only issue with the companies people have issues with (like freedom munitions) is that their quality control is terrible. It has nothing to do with the brass being used before. You could manufacture ammo with the best quality components but if you do it badly it'll come out bad.
Where are the 200 gr S&Bs for the same price?
I don't know what the current status is, but Brownells is usually around this price for S&B subs with their 10% off codes.
Check out trueshotgunclub, never ordered from them personally, found them on ammoseek, but they've got 1K S&B shipped to WA for $502.
