I think the distinction that needs to be made is if the enabled behavior is destructive in some way. Sure, obesity can lead to further health problems, but the shape someone wants to achieve is their own choice. She seems rather content in the top two panels, so it’s hard to say that she doesn’t want to be eating as much as she is. The bottom panel, they’re *both* dazed from the food, showing that unhealthy eating affects people of all shapes, not just those who “should’ve had better eating habits.”
