if you notice.. the camera isn’t following the cart, it’s just the way that the footage has been framed to fit the aspect ratio. you can check the date appearing at the end as it moves to the right and also a glance of “Cam” as it pans to the left.
plus this isn’t OC, just a video that i found funny :)

Lol, I was too busy watching the action my first time to see the (mirrored) text. Any particular reason the entire clip was mirrored (as indicated by the text), or was that part of the framing?
It’s doing the same thing for me too. It loops back to the beginning about halfway through, right after the dog gets into the cart. For some reason I have to manually scrub through the second half to see the crash.
