Prost with the classic "french" t-shirt
And the fact that he's wearing [Bugs Bunny Air Forces](https://sneakerbardetroit.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/Space-Jam-Nike-Air-Force-1-Low-Hare-Release-Date-On-Feet-1.jpg) is hilarious idk why
Mans got drip
> Mans got drip
The GOAT's style is like no others
Mattia looks like me every time when I am eating and the waiter comes to ask how everything is going.
I could eat food that tastes like shit and i'd still say its great to that question lmao.
To be fair i've only ever had food that i didn't like like at a restaurant 1-2 times in my life but i doubt i could bring myself to say it to the waiters face.
Lol yeah it's better that way. Like, what does being mean achieve? They didn't even cook it, and it's not so bad that you can get a refund. Easier to just scoff down and leave.
Politely say what you don't like so they can relay it to the chef and he can possibly do better next time.
Also wasn't Jean Alesi arrested for trying to blow up someone's office?
Jeez, all over a poorly seasoned ragu?!
I recently ordered a large ribeye medium rare and it was served to me well done. I hate being that guy but I very politely sent that shit back, I'm not spending $40 to eat a steak with the consistency of a leather shoe.
That's your full right. There's always the possibility an order got mixed up, the waiter made a mistake, the cooks made a mistake, whatever. I've worked in a restaurant as a dishwasher and a waiter for many years when I was younger, and when the food isn't what you ordered and you send it back, no one honestly really cares but the boss. Mistakes happen, but all the boss sees is an unhappy customer and 1 wasted steak. We're all still just human.
Did you get the right steak eventually?
Yep, they were very apologetic and made a new one right away, and the manager came out to address it and comped our dessert. I made sure to tell him that our server was great and left her a nice tip, I hate it when people blame kitchen issues on the waitstaff.
>and when the food isn't what you ordered and you send it back, no one honestly really cares but the boss.
Oh the boss more than anyone should want to ensure customers leave happy. Restaurants rely heavily on high margins and repeat business. So if you have to toss a dish and make another, you aren't necessarily taking a loss on that at all, just not gonna make as much. It's far more important that the customer goes away satisfied and is willing to come back or recommend to others(and at the very least, wont tell others they had a bad experience).
Seriously, just be polite and easy going with the staff, and they're generally all too happy to help.
The manager will generally be more annoyed at staff than customers if there's a lot of problems with orders.
Well being able to deliver difficult/unpleasant info is definitely useful.
All depends on how you do it.
yep - just dont order that again, or I don't go back. If it's a place I frequent I prefer to be on good terms with the cooking/wait staff...
if then something is off the wall bad you can be honest with them without getting pubes mixed in with your upgraded complimentary 'we're sorry' food.
I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had food at a real restaurant that was truly prepared badly. Maybe a dish I wasn’t a fan of, but just because I didn’t like it in general
Feels like Gino has been around forever.
The one beside prost..? Who is he .. I've seen him quite a lot with ferrari
He is also very visible in the early 2008 celebrations 🙃
Yeah I believe the story is he was working at a hotel in Canada during a race weekend in the early 2000's and happened to be fluent in both English and Italian, and the Ferrari team was staying in the hotel he worked at. He ended up helping them out as a translator and was offered a full time job. Again I either believe that's the story or I'm really high.
Here ya go.
Hey, thank you for posting this!
Part-time since 1991, Full-time since 1997.
That Ferrari guy that's not Binotto is eternal.
He looks like he should be Zak Brown’s brother or something.
That's an aggressively French t-shirt Prost is wearing.
He mimes for beer money.
He's just a Vulfpeck fan.
Man likes the FUNKY DUCK
He's on the scene.
THE FUNKY DUCK
Close to a [Breton shirt](https://bretonshirt.com/products/bateau-mariniere). Only the beret, cigarette, and French bread are missing.
Did you just basically steal this comment from a certain other forum?
Why, though? I dont get it.
It's so lame.
Who is the other guy with them, i swear he is one of the people i more see everytine i see anything ferrari related.
Gino Rosato. He’s from Quebec and has been with the team since the Schumi years at least (although he briefly left for Caterham at some point).
imagine leaving Ferrari for Caterham lmao
Outreach gap-year lol
He looks like he's smoking a pipe lmao
Gino Rosato… he’s worked full time for Ferrari since 1997 except from a 3/4 year period working for Lotus Group.
He actually started working part time with Ferrari in 1991 because he was the only Italian speaking staff member of the hotel that the team were staying at for the Canadian GP so got to assist them that weekend.
I’m not exactly sure what his job title is but whatever it is it seems like a sweet gig
>I’m not exactly sure what his job title is but whatever it is it seems like a sweet gig
There's always this one guy who has been in the company forever that no one knows what he does so everyone just assumes he doesn't do anything. But it turns out he's the sole maintainer of some legacy software/code that the entire company's operation is dependent on and no one else other than him knows how to use it.
> Gino Rosato
Godfather to Kimi's first son too. Though probably best remembered for [this moment during *The Glock*](https://youtu.be/XHSeGou-pCI?t=122).
"Your favorite Brazilian GP" 😭😭😭
Guy Fieri. Has a cooking show.
Yes, we all saw the race in Austria.
Is that the guy from the Schumi years? Long time no see. Where in the team is he now?
He's actually team principal, seems crazy
Metal cutlery and paper plate the table dressings of champions
Binotto looks dangerously close to revealing the Ferrari master plan
Driver line up 2023 confirmed. Ferrari will built them a rocking chair. Errr, rocket ship.
I would assume a professeur would eat his legumes.
Prost is a living legend. Respect.
Binotto is mad because prost is eating pasta with a knife
Jean Alesi raced against Fernando Alonso in F1 (funnily enough, Alesi was racing for Prost's own team and he got a few points too). That still blows my mind.
Alesi was still genuinely quick in his last season.
The stories those guys could tell…decades of F1 experience combined….
So many stories of failure indeed
Binotto’s crazy ass is thinking, should I replace the newer generation with the older generation?
I love Gino that guy is totally living his best life. He is godfather of Kimi's kid!
Looks like they’re having a blast.
Two great Ferrari champions! Oh wait…. All kidding aside the GOAT and Gilles, mark 2.
Very jarring to see Alain sitting with Ferrari. Can’t help but feel like Alpine fucked up, the man is incredibly knowledgeable. It would be like merc departing from Lewis after Lewis retires.
Yup. Renault and Alain always have had an awkward relationship since 1983 or so, whatever the reason. Mclaren would have a greater pull, but the whole Senna/Prost rivalry makes it weird. Until the come up with the Mclaren Prost… he did win 3 titles with them (as did Ayrton).
Dude some renault guys burnt his car down back in the day, it's not surprising that they had an awkward relationship
After Alain retired in 1993 he went back to McLaren to be an advisor I believe. You can see him in 1994-1996 races on the McLaren pit wall.
Ron wanted him to drive for McLaren in 94-95 area.
I didn't know about that
Rumor has it that Prost said the food tasted like it was from a truck and was kicked out of Ferrari
Wouldn't have guessed Prost was a Nike Air Force 1 kinda guy
Alain Prost to replace Sainz midseason?
Is this at IKEA?
ferrari and prost gp, two teams that excel at weird team politics
Why is Prost at Ferrari's paddock and now even eating together? When Prost was driving for Ferrari he publicly criticized the car and then Ferrari fired him. There should be bad blood between them.
People are much more forgiving once they grow older
Niki Lauda was an advisor at Ferrari in the mid 90’s. The bad blood there was deep. With Prost they just fired the only guy who could save them…. Until Michael and Ross and Jean came a calling.
I think Prost even attended Ferrari's anniversary event in Milan(?) last year. Some also mentioned in another post of him and Alesi that there may be some bad blood with Alpine/Renault when he left his role. So i guess him and Ferrari are chill with each other nowadays.
His problem was more with Cesare Fiorio, the team principal at the time.
Who is that Bob type guy beside Prost?
Gino Rosato, a Canadian Ferrari Formula 1 stable multipurpose. Rosato started working for Ferrari part-time in 1991 and full-time in 1997. Rosato had been the Executive Vice President of Lotus Group since 2009. He returned to Ferrari in 2014.
Rosato is known as a good friend of Kimi Räikkönen and the godfather of his son Robin.
Rosato is somewhat infamous for being the Ferrari mechanic seen in center frame, fist pumping, during Ferrari's premature celebrations for Felipe Massa during the 2008 Brazilian Grand Prix.
What is a stable multipurpose?
Binotto always looks fucking miserable
Does Binotto speak French? If not, that could explain how defeated looks.
Binotto studied in Lausanne (I believe he's born there too). He speaks a perfect french.
Must have been a colourful meal, with four very different accents.
Unfortunately Mattia doesn't speak with a real accent. OTOH, Alesi and Rosato must have delivered...
They were speaking italian probably.
Yes [he does](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-3dRQGziA8)
so yea this is how we gonna defeat Leglerg from winning the wdc
Has Binotto been losing weight? He looks thinner in this photo…
Mattia is just a Harold Lloyd character
Mattia reminds me Igor Spengler (Ghostbusters)
Gino Rosato is just a curious character. Some how he is always in the middle of Ferrari action, gets on TV often but doesn’t have a ‘role’. Can’t think of another team with someone like this.
Jean went for the wine, as a good Avignonais
Paper fucking plates. WTF.
And metal silverware with that is double wtf.
Can they not find a person to wash the plates, and even if they can't, just use plastic disposable plates.
But paper plates? WTF man, WTF
