I gotta say…I’m not a huge Indycar guy but after watching Spain and Detroit one after another, Indycar was 1000x more exciting. At least there’s a race and Grosjean is really finding his niche.

I think if I remember right they have pre-allocated periods in the year where they can run X number of 'wind tunnel runs' within those periods (based on previous WCC result). How frequently that happens and whether those periods are chosen by team or FIA I don't know unfortunately.
