I am intrigued to see how James Vowles deals with all the TP sniping. I think he might have to be like Andreas Seidl, he always seemed to be able to avoid it
Didn't Brown still handle most of the media duties at McLaren, even when Seidl became team principal? I think that's how Seidl managed to drift into the background. Don't think Vowles has someone like that at Williams.
He’s being groomed by Toto, I think he’s going to have to play the game a bit if he wants to sit at the helm of Merc.
That being said, I’m very interested in how he does. We know Toto pulled him off of everything months ago, so now we get to see what he learned from that and how he’ll use it.
Him & Vasseur are the two I’m really looking forward to.
Williams are thankfully mostly irrelevant when it comes to politics. I suspect he'll mostly be focused on the team itself, with maybe just a few "isn't it funny how" type light jabs at other teams.
I really want to see him absolutely crush it though. Kind of like a slow motion movie montage.
Then pull a GR and stay on to bring the team forward for a little.
I say if you don't find the name Mike Krack funny, you have no soul. Also thats nowhere near the [most unfortunate name to have](https://www.linkedin.com/in/nick-kerr-b0344b58)
>while ferrari has what looks like the french ron dennis
Fortunately it's only looks like, because Frédéric Vasseur can be funny:

im german but idk much abt phonetic lang. so i don‘t really know how to explain why i was confused by the R. can‘t think of a german example where it would be pronounced that way
But they don't pronounce it Schumacker at all in the videos, it's like the spanish J, a R that comes from the back of the throat lol, maybe a bit softer but not like a K.
I'm confused as well because in my whole life, I've never ever heard Schumacher pronounced Shumacker. Except on the english commentary. And in France we're used to the Schumacher last name since the 80's, and not only for F1 reasons. 😬
Im not saying that they are pronouncing it schumaker, they do have the correct german pronunciation. but i was just confused by the R thing bc in german, the R is a whole different sound to CH
I think it’s what they need tbh. Score more points, get more money, develop car and facilities more, continue to score in years to come, profit.
Tbh I think Mick would’ve had a better tenure at the likes of Alfa Romeo.

Brown did the more promotional stuff but Seidl definitely did race interviews but yeah that’s a good point, James won’t have that buffer

Yes I'm a child... I still can't get over how hilarious Mike Krack is as a name.

Just change your name to Nicholas at that point
I'd say Krack is worse.
But did you know Tsunoda Tost De Vries?
He did?!

Hilarious mclaren has an italian guy in charge while ferrari has what looks like the french ron dennis

Don't forget this quote: >There’s no such thing as luck or bad luck with DNFs. Sometimes it was technical, sometimes the engine, sometimes Latifi.
Ron Dennis could be hilarious. I mean, not intentionally, but still.
I love how he says "Schumacher" in the first video 😂
I mean that's how it's always been pronounced in France. And in Germany. "ch" in german is a hard R, not a K.
wdym its a hard r? the pronunciation is like in christ or chaos
🤨 https://youtu.be/jJJZBgNK7FA https://youtu.be/dtYi4diMUvg

im confused, doesn‘t this prove its not like the r? schu-ma-cher. schu like in chute, cher like idk a cat or sumn LMAO

Ah, alright
What would it take for Lando to do [this](https://youtu.be/6q3fBK6LbCc?t=3) into the team radio at least once this season?

I was fully expecting [this](https://youtu.be/zUe7BVeE7Ak)
That gave me a big laugh. Hadn't seen it before.
From the last time a post like this was posted; "There is a crack beginning to show between the Aston Martin drivers." OrdinaryCredit
\> open 2023 grid \> no Vettel \> try not to cry \> cry a lot
There were almost as many TP changes as driver changes this year (4 vs 6). If it weren't for Vettel's retirement it would have been more.
Only two teams that didn't have driver or TP changes... Crazy.
I still can't believe Haas brought Hulkenberg back to replace Mick. I cant wait to see how that decision plays out.
I think it’s what they need tbh. Score more points, get more money, develop car and facilities more, continue to score in years to come, profit. Tbh I think Mick would’ve had a better tenure at the likes of Alfa Romeo.
Where is Seidl?
he’s Sauber CEO but not TP
Alunni looks aggressively Italian doesn't he
Is it just me or is Alfa Romeo incredibly good looking?
The Alfa Romeo teamboss looks like he’s about to announce one last thing.
Still a bit sad that there is no driver from South America for quite some time now.
At least we have Checo representing latinos and Sainz and Alonzo representing Hispanics in general.
Why is the senior driver on the left for every team but one ☹️
There's alot of potential for teammate fall outs this year.
I can see there being a clash between Norris and Piastri. Just not this year.
Krack *chuckles*
Are we sure Krack and Bravi aren’t clones?
Are we sure bravi isn’t Jeff goldblum?
In every graphic apart from Mercedes the teams have their number 1 driver on the left !
Is Stroll the number one driver?
I mean, as long as his dad owns the team he's always gonna be number 1.
Well spotted, another number 2 driver on the left.
Unpopular opinion: Ocon is Alpines no 1 driver over Pierre atm
Yep
where is zak? he was a cool dude
He isn't TP he's a CEO, so still at McLaren
Zak is still CEO, the former team principal was Andreas Seidl who is now CEO of Sauber (like to lead Audi)
I hate repost but most of all I hate people that crop the picture so you can't check if it's a repost. You sir are a D

yeah they only provided him with 8 championship winning cars in 10 years they really need to step their game up
Chill mate it was 1 time in 10 years, Lewis will be fine
Oh yeah, that's the reason why Lewis never won a championship with them, is it?
Must be hard noir winning every weekend. I feel your pain. /s
Wow, I know right, Mercedes are clearly fucking up Hamilton by giving him Championship winning cars for ONLY 8 years, poor Lewis.
And Russell
Bravi looks like he’s cosplaying the “I’m stuff” meme
