Freeze vegetables and dried beans to cook faster!

Didn't know I needed this, now I wonder how I ever went without.
It was the cracking up laughing that did it for me.
The water inside them freezes into icicles and punctures cell walls, yes making them softer but also taking away from both flavour and I believe (depending on what it is) messes with nutritional value.
Then again, cooking them full stop can mess with nutritional value too.
You're actually adding work if you have to freeze and microwave them. Most people just dice and cook without the extra steps.
Yeah veggies don't take that long to cook?
