Please excuse the slightly burned ham! I saw another poster’s Hawaiian pizza on the subreddit this morning and decided to make the dough on my lunch break. Definitely my best, most structurally sound pizza to date. I don’t think my oven’s quite hot enough still (there were a couple of slightly doughy spots) but there were some good bubbles and the crust was crunchy. Served with some baked potato wedges and a cold fruity cider because it’s pissing it down outside.
