KALOOBOO IS BACK HOLY SHIT

kalooboo

<3 <3

Passpayou

Nice touch on having the hooves closer to actual horses.

LackingInte1ect

I always imagined the fluffy’s “hooves” weren’t hard like a horses but more like the heel of a persons foot. Just thickened skin instead of hard keratin. Though I also agree with the head canon that fluffy feet are sensitive to gravel, concrete, mulch, etc and this explains that.

Kosa_Twilight

For real Fluffies would be horrifying in real life

Terriblecryer

KALOOBOO is here again!!!!!! Wooooooo!!!

kalooboo

Thank you! :-)

skettiswipuh

So good to see you again, /u/kalooboo !

kalooboo

You, too! I planned to come back sooner but ended up breaking my dominant wrist in late spring!

Chikahiro

Nice work! Very cool :) I'm not sure how this is worse than any other, fresh-out-of-mama critter myself, but regardless!

Scary_Specific_2632

True.

-UBunnyU-

Hoof capsules… oh god hoof capsules…

Individual-Clock6875

OH MY GOD MY FAVORITE ARTIST IS BACK! LETS GO

Effective_Cannibal

GROSS! I love it!

MysteryBlue

Hoof capsules make me want to vomit.

R3typ3

very nice

Vordu

OMG!!! I've missed you. You seemed to have gone poof and was loosing hope for you to return but very happy tou did!

kalooboo

Thank you! Yeah, I didn't think I was coming back, either. I broke my dominant wrist and was having a lot of trouble recovering. I'm still working on it!

Vordu

Ugh the PT must be crazy. Also... how'd ya do that? *wiggles eyebrows*

kalooboo

It is! I live in a woody area and we get roots in our drainage pipe so water backs up into the basement. To try to save money from calling plumbers so often we decided to buy a drain cleaner machine. I'm using it and my glove gets caught while it's spinning, yanking my wrist backwards and breaking it. The ER doc said he's seen skin ripped off by those things and if I hadn't been wearing gloves I'd have had a lot worse than a broken wrist. It hurt a lot but at least I kept my skin! ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ

Vordu

Ugh... de-glooving (sp) is a nasty thing. I spent 5ish months in physical therapy to help correct a deviation/void in my abdominal wall from gall bladder surgery. Some of the crap you have to do is a bitch but I've always hated doing core exercises for something feet away from the area that I got burned out. Thankfully my current PT isn't involving core strengthening but then again the back of my neck isn't effected by the core muscles enough to focus there, thank gods!

kalooboo

Oof that's gotta be awful. My bff had her gallbladder out at the end of the semester and out asshat professor made her come in to take the final two days after the surgery. Hand pt doesn't seem so bad compared to what you've been dealing with!

Vordu

Yeah, I'm falling apart. The gallbladder surgery just kept on giving. They tried lyposcopic but it was too swollen so the cute me open. Apparently it was so bad by the time it started to give me problems the surgeon was starting to wonder how it hadn't rupture. Took forever flushing all the stones out. Then had a massive infect at the incision site that took 3 days for them to finally see minor signs, they had to dodge when they removed 2 out of 6 staples. 8 days and meh issues with body functions due to anesthesia I got out with a wound vac and heavy painkillers for the month. Then had a massive hernia repair a while after because this surgery. I would have beaten the professor if I was in her place. I was stiff sore and in pain I moved as little as possible even drugged on the really good stuff. I wish it was something simple like it should have been.

kalooboo

Sorry, I thought I replied to this but I think I just did it in my head. Good gravy, you've really been through it! That would be horrible to go through. I have a lot of medical struggles, too, but nothing like that. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (connective tissue disorder) that causes random dislocations of my joints. I've been drawing on paper lately because my right thumb dislocates with my tablet's pen for some reason. Maybe the paper is easier because it's more familiar? I don't know but it helps. I missed drawing so much when my hand was all bound up. Are you doing any better now?

Vordu

Yeah I've recovered the best I can from the surgeries. Dont worry about the responding, ice done that too. Ah yeah that syndrome is a bitch, pretty uncommon but still. I can see how paper and pen is easier, more so depending how you hold your pen. Also can see how it takes less pressure. I've got tendonitis/beginning stages of carpel tunnel and have wrist braces and find things that don't require a lot or much pressure is much easier. As odd as it sounds that transfers to my fibromyalgia too. Not so much for the arthritis tho.

kalooboo

Oof, I've been there. I had carpal tunnel surgery a couple years ago. I remember thinking it was pointless after I broke my wrist, but it's still good. Fibromyalgia is awful. I'm sorry you have to deal with it! I went to college with someone who really struggled with it and had a hard time finding a doctor that'd listen.

Catzilla_Studios

Nice

Thannk

Most humans are born with exposure to their mother’s feces and urine as well. Depending on how busy the hospital is they may be fairly covered in it.

Scary_Specific_2632

This just made me realize why the Foal-in-a-Can and Foal-in-a-Triangle would be so, SO much popular than we would think at first! It's not really, or only, about the gacha-thing. It's because "natural" newborn foals are dirty and smelly like this, while usually Foals-in-a-can would already have passed this stage!

Shadowstein

Oh shit I forgot hoof capsules were a thing
