Many people might not like it, but I see a positive for the BL in a potential Bundesliga-top-team learning how to win big games.
That was the closest Schlotterbeck will ever get to silverware for the next five years
They deserve it but damn it hurts
Fuck off. I was supporting Freiburg so much and they end with no CL and Pokal
Leipzig deserved it tbh freiburg with a man advantage couldn't take advantage
With the amount of luck Freiburg had tonight. We can't say Leipzig's win is undeserved
Just deserved. Especially after this referee performance
I think you meant to say non-perfomance.
I’m out of words. How’s that goal ok. How’s that not a pen?
You might not like them but they deserve it.
nkunku deserves a silverware at least for his phenomenal performance this year
I hope he stays in the Bundesliga for as long as possible.
dont downvote me pls i´m just happy for the rb bois
Nobody has any problem with the players, they deserve it for sure.
A little piece of football just died. Today was not a good day for football overall
You’re right. The referee performance was embarrassing
As much as I dislike it, it isn't undeserved. Questionable goal for Freiburg, from 57th Minute onwards with 1 man more and can't make anything out of it.
big yikes, money buys dreams
Dreams can't be buy
keven schottlerbeck and nico brothers?
Yes. Kevin is 2 years older
How can you ever trust your player again when he makes such a tackle in the 117th minute of a cup finale?
I am still not over how stupid that was
Ugh, Freiburg bottled this, I feel it in my fucking bones.
It will be fun watching penalties because Bayern is not involved. I can't wait.
There's no way Freiburg are gonna win on pens I'm afraid. Maybe they'll pull off a shocker but Forsberg, Szoboszlai, Nkunku etc..
forsberg is on the bench -.-
Hopefully this ages terribly
Lol I hope so.
Pens AGAIN, FA Cup final first, then the EL final, now this!
i hope gulasch can save some
Imagine that being Bayern vs Dortmund
The next day everyone would be talking about the refs having a Bayern bonus
just the first goal alone
The bullshit about the first goal is that if it was the guy handballing scoring the goal it wouldn’t count - disgusting rule
Based ref is based
I am completely biased
Technically he played the ball
hate the cans but thats 100% penalty and the ref doesnt wanna ruin the match i guess xD even with var it went off wow
He played the ball. The question is, is that enough to not call it a pen. Was hard to see but the ball slightly jumped
They showed it again from a different angle and it looked like he clearly played the ball from there
Hard to see at first but after the replays you can see it
Prolly no pen but the dumbest tackle in history, why does he risk that
No penalty!?!?!? WHAT?!?!?
Played the ball, even though it was just like a breeze passing by. For the ref it was enough.
Freiburg with so much luck. What a slight touch this was
This ref has been fucking terrible all game..
my god, that was the slightest touch
If that’s not a pen …
fuck noo why
How stupid can someone be, this is ridiculous
Pen or no pen? I think it is, looks like a dive at first but when you look at it closely Höfler nicks Olmo's right leg
He plays the ball veeeeeery slightly, otherwise clear foul and pen. No dive at all
That’s a pen
Has to be a penalty
Fucking hell Freiburg
Yoooo this match
Freiburg are cursed
wheres angelino ?
It hurts to see how good Schlotterbeck already is lol
Schlotterbeck is so damn good
How can you not bury that shot jesus fucking christ
That HAS to be the lead for Freiburg, what the hell...
Sorry guys, but Schweinsteiger as a pundit... How long did he do this job without improving a single bit? Kahn became a lot better over time, but Schweinsteiger is not made for this.
Schweini was always good until he opened his mouth. He never was a good speaker in interviews.
I have to agree - it's never been this strength.
But how on earth did they think he might be a good pundit? Clearly just looked to get a big name.
they saw his toom baumarkt commercials
You sure it wasn't the funny chips clip?
This commentator on ESPN is so boring.
Ref going full Oprah with his yellow cards.
So the goal was no handball and this was no handball either? We will have some fun discussions ahead
Thought he was pointing at the penalty spot for a second..
This could turn into a big chokejob
Had to be nkunku
Not a good look by Flekken imo
Of course Nkunku
Who else. We got a match boys
break the bank for him do it
Hasn't really done anything noteworthy so far. Scores after a GK mistake.
"NOW SPLASH 70M+ ON HIM, DO IT! YOU SEE HE IS WORTH IT!"
We first need a new Brazzo. Deals like that are too big for him. I mean he needs to negotiate …
With Schlotterbeck Dortmund gets a guy who actually has mentality
He’s paired with Süle, so that evens out
Hope Schlotte gets some Döner too
I love Schlotterbeck, he’s gonna be great for years to come
we buy him or get him for free just wait
fuck, Schlotterbeck could be huge for BVB
I think if he crosses the way behind him he would actually be able to close the line a little as Höfler(höhler?) was drifting outwards
Literally jumped off my sofa with my arms in the air. Like, let him take the chance. Your team is gonna be down a player for a third of the game now.
Yeah terrible decision
WHAT IS HAPPENING
As much as i want Freiburg to win, i still 100% believe its a handball or should be.
Nagelsmann with a look as if he just read the news that Kalajdzic prefers to join Dortmund instead of us
Before the goal, the Cans looked dominant.
Since the goal, the Cans seem rattled.
Leipzig before the goal: can
Leipzig since the goal: can't
Should be a yellow for Laimer there imo
I like Sallai
The more I see the goal, the more I don't like that it stood tbh.
Did you here the reasoning or explanation? Kinda matches with mine and in this regard it do makes sense
I'm not talking about if it makes sense here, it's more that I dislike that a clear touch with the hand directly leads to a goal.
Ah, yeah that's understandable. I would be annoyed too, probably, if I weren't pro Freiburg here.
Really? Opposite for me. It's clear his first touch was shit but also that there was zero intention of handball and his arm was in a natural position.
I just don't like that the hand ball was decisive for setting up the shot, and there wasn't another passing sequence in between, only the shot. I liked the rule that any direct involvement of the hand before a goal leads to the annulment.
Yeah I understand. Personally I like "natural position" rule. I know some defenders are really good at jumping and keeping their hands close to their body, but I hated seeing handball penalties being given against defended who would naturally raise their arms when jumping to maintain balance and the ball would just happen to touch their arm.
îts a scandal if that goal decides this game, clear pass with his hand
While it was hand ball, that is not a pass. More of a deflection.
The ref should be careful to not lose the game, it's not even 30min played
Very enjoyable game.
I can feel the passion of Schlotte right there
That should’ve been a handball, no?
Maybe because it was unintentional and it doesn't benefit the player itself as he lost the ball due to this. Expected a call back to 100% though
Wait what? How did VAR allow that?
I think the reasoning is the hand wasn't in an unnatural position and he's isn't the goal scorer? Not sure how the handball is written these days, seems like it changes every few years anyways.
Commentary brought the same explanation
how do you give that goal lol
Holy moly it counts!?!
Looks like it
Ah fuck, clearly handball
So... Uh, we're all cheering for Freiburg right?
Sure, fuck the cans
Freiburg has the soul and heart, they deserve it
i´m not sry \^\^
No worries. I'm curious to hear why?
i just dont hate rb that much
Fair enough. As a club, imo, you can't say they are poorly run. Their scouting is obviously on point, just look at our last summer transfer window...
as long they dont outspent us and steal our players every year i´m good
