Check/ tune retraction. Looks like it retracts bit too much so the filament gets worn out in the retraction area and doesn't get transported enough. This issue is not fixable by more Extruder gear pressure btw.

Distance. Try to lower it to about 1mn

This happens with all small parts I print. It’s rough and weak. It looks like under extrusion but my e steps are calibrated perfectly

So once your E steps are set for one filament (say your favorite PLA) then you base everything off of that and calibrate with respect to the initial. So like one PLA will be your stock settings, but if you go to glow PLA you’ll need different settings (like increased flow or something depending on the properties) and while you might extruder for example. 40mm/s on the one you might do 45 on the other. Once you calibrate both filaments you can do dual extrusion, but you might need to find the average settings to get it to print
