Pro tip: next time you do it roll out the pattie’s real thin, place them between parchment paper and put in the freezer for just long enough that they freeze slightly, nice thin patties so you don’t have to unhinge your jaw to eat it. Looks good though!

I agree with you. I threw the peppers on there and those along with the pickles provide the crunch and I just like how spinach tastes, home slice
