Westside Discs Underworld. So easy to flip.

Swimming_Code_5204

Flippity dippity do.

Discinbdub

Innova Leopard3

luigiandmari0

You beat me to it. That or flippy undertaker for me

CocoWhisky

Better or worse than a normal leopard?

Discinbdub

Can’t go wrong with either one! The 3 is a little 🤏faster and more stable, but nothing too drastic. I have mine in gstar (tend to be less stable) and it is my sweet spot. Fast and straight!

fistymcbuttpuncher

Can confirm, G Star Leopard3 is money for hyzer flips.

Drift_Marlo

Lat 64 River is a hyzer flip machine

Sure-Work3285

This.

tbudde34

Do you have any suggestions how to get it to flip? I've been putting more power bring mine lately and have been pulling out right (rhbh) I'm hoping this means I have enough power to flip it up now. The only disc I've ever been able to hyzer flip is a beat in 140g dragon.

deniall

By 'pulling right' I assume the disc is flying too far right on or after release? would mean either A) You are holding too long and releasing late (rounding is the standard reason) B) If its drifting right after releasing straight, put a little more hyzer angle on the disc and keep it smooth

tbudde34

Thank you! I think I'm rounding. One of my friends mentioned it last week and I took a video to upload for form advice here, I just need to clip it and upload.

SelfiesAreLame

Especially after hitting a few trees hard. Mine just doesn't turn left anymore at all 😅

nathanzoloto

I really love my lucid Maverick

thrillhouse416

I'm pretty new and love my bounty. The bounty is described as a slower Maverick. Any chance you've thrown both? I'm considering picking one up.

Either-Progress4847

I throw both and my bh maxes out about 250. The Bounty is super easy to turn compared to a Maverick. I consider the Truth and Maverick to be better paired for people that throw around my distance for Hyzer Flips.

nathanzoloto

Sorry. I haven’t thrown both

thrillhouse416

No worries!

lyrae

I throw both. I actually lost my Lucid Bounty today then immediately ordered a replacement. I think the Maverick is a nice step up for a faster disc, but they aren't really the same. I do however think if you like the Bounty you'll like the Maverick as a FD. Wish I got it in lucid instead of prime burst though. Edit: Come to think of it, a Warden/Judge, Bounty, and a Maverick would make a great starter set.

thrillhouse416

Ugh...just add it to the wish list lol Absolutely love my lucid bounty

lyrae

Since we're both Bounty lovers, another one to consider is an Opto River. Same speed as a Maverick, but the River actually reminds me more of the Bounty.

thrillhouse416

I need my wishlist to get smaller but adding this as well lol

maverick32

I have both. I bought my Maverick first, loved it, and then really wanted to like the Bounty too because of how it's marketed, but the shape of the Bounty's rim is very awkward and uncomfortable for me and doesn't feel like a Maverick at all.

thrillhouse416

I'm sure I'll pick one up eventually just to try it but when it comes to filling gaps in my bad it doesn't make sense to make it my next disc I guess.

Beast_in_peace

Streamline Drift. Feels great in the hand and is very easy to control.

Hercules66

Leopard3

T_ja

Falk all day

kastafalken

ALL DAY!

DJ_Lasagna

Heat

TMRaven

Depends on your arm speed, and depends if you want your driver to hyzer flip and finish straight, finish to the right, or fade.

cryingcatdaddy

Axiom insanity ftw

jfb3

It totally depends on your arm speed. Some people need a lightweight Sunbird or Genius to get any flip. Some people can hyzerflip Thunderbirds. "Best" is relative. I flip up F5s, Roadrunners, Saints, and Sidewinders.

LukasRowe

Champ sidewinder

Fats_de_Leon

Second.

grayson4678

Leopard3 or TL

thisuserna

Maybe an Essence? How far you throw and what altitude?

FamousToast

Innova Leopard3 for sure, or discraft mantis

KFultz09

Loving the big z sting

nEmdejo

Discmania Genius for me

offtoco

Discmania essence or discraft heat

Either-Progress4847

Lucid Maverick is a great Hyzer Flip disc for noodleish arms. I like it a lot.

Goobyloob

Axiom crave

gatorallday

Glow champ leo3. Icon patriot

estreffa

My champ tern flips super easily and goes straight for a while with a small finish to the right (fh player). It holds very well with wind also.

rlmervin

Depends on how fast you're throwing, really. Slower and you should use a flippier disc, but if you're giving it the beans you'll want something a little straighter so you don't turn it over.

VSENSES

I love the Axiom Crave, very workable for me who throws it just shy of 400', sometimes a bit more.

n0neOfConsequence

Leopard 3 Prodigy F7 if you have lower arm speed.

Ice_Cream_Warrior

Rpm piwakawaka is a fippy little thing that just wants to glide.

rhcamp01

For bigger distance I will say the heat. Most have a pop top and make it easier to flip to flat and just move

StormiNorman818

I can release my roadrunner on a super hyzer angle and it’ll push to flat and just keep going dead straight for days. Same with my sidewinder with a bit less hyzer angle.

Lazy-Adeptness-2343

I keep a jade and a star road runner just for hyper flips.

KoopaTroopaz

Prodigy F5 or an F7 if your arm speed is on the slower side.

Silver_Hati

Hmm Discmania FD is pretty solid imo.

brockishly

I use the Prodigy F7. Love it

brockishly

I don’t have a ton of arm speed though so if you do then it may be too flippy. I like the Falk too but I don’t always get it to flip up.

Mestizo59

Viking Cosmos

Hi-Friend

I’m a fan of the neo Essence my go to straight to under stable fairway right now.

Chaosweaver117

Westside Hatchet all the way

penguinpubes

My Explorer hyzer slips very easily and consistently, but I would say my beat in Mantis is my favorite.
