I guess you’re missing the same as me, all I see is a guy up to his neck in water with a sewing machine on his shoulder, I guess this is a case of r/lostredditors
It looks like that scene in SpongeBob where [Patrick's](https://i.pinimg.com/originals/15/ca/22/15ca22ef1f03ae199b74a4f44ab9426c.jpg) head is pushed through the trombone. At least that's how I saw it at first glance.

At first it looks like his head is disconnected
Does it?
To me it did
It did to me too. It looked like the smiling head of a dead person stuck to a sewing machine.
I don't get it either.
Other than his disembodied head?
So you’re saying that’s not normal
What disembodied head?
Wrong subreddit

I genuinely dont see a neck, it looks like he was beheaded
I wouldn't expect a disembodied head to float at chin level.
Plus, you can see a bit of his upper chest and shoulder.

Mans one with the sewing machine
Nothing confusing here. Cool pic tho.

This reminds me of Steve Martin in The Jerk. “All I need is...this sewing machine!”
