A Zevo plug in trap has worked really well for me for fungus gnat outbreaks (not diaper related) and I would think it would work well for this too. It’s a sticky paper with blue light that attracts and traps them. Depending on how many you have, it might take a couple refills but overnight when that’s the main light source it gets a ton of them!
Fruit fly trap- 1/4 cup apple cider or balsamic vinegar and some dish soap like dawn. Mix it with a fork so you have bubbles on the top. Make sure it has bubbles every time you see it!
I’ve done this and it works like a charm! I’ve never mixed it around or looked for bubbles though and it’s still been fine. It catches most fruit flies within a day or two, but you have to make sure the source of the fruit flies is removed first or you’re just always going to have new ones replacing the ones in your trap. Fruit flies breed really fast so you have to remove the source where they’re breeding and laying eggs.
