Not even the raws specifically because they can be harder to find, that popular torrent site has a lot more English subbed anime with varying quality/file size and they all have soft subs so OP just have to turn them off, that's what I do
"Raw" just refers to an unedited episode of an anime. So, basically an episode without any subs or anything.
One of the ways you can download them is through torrenting. Though, we can't tell you anything specifically here as they're non-legal.
Most streaming platforms allow you to just turn them off. On Crunchyroll it's: Cogwheel (bottom right) -> Subtitles/CC -> None
On pirate sites this might be a little tricky as they often use hardsubs. Aka the text is part of the video, not on top. Torrenting would be the way to go here. Either torrent "raws" (video only) or "soft-subs" (video with subtitle tracks that you can enable/disable/switch between at will.)

Switch off the subtitles
Torrent the raws
