Weak B-plots?

Weak B-plots?

Barry meeting Jeff. There is nothing enjoyable about that whole plot.

DLTfuture72

Yeah tbh I don’t really like the whole “Anything Barry does is automatically funny” thing. Sometimes he’s hysterical, sometimes just annoying. They literally just made a whole B plot because Jeff and Barry had never actually met before, and nothing actually happened.

JohnM1995

And they ended it on that stupid pointless "To be continued" bit that they'd later repeat for the one with Jeff's hat almost a year later.

SamRobac

Okay the hat thing actually made me sad they didn't follow through.

Totorotextbook

Stan and Steve switching eyebrows seemed out of nowhere and felt like they were just trying to make a B plot to fill a gap in the flow of the episode.

JohnM1995

That one felt very bottom of the barrel even by the show's current shit standards regarding subplots. Like, the one and only "Joke" appears to be that everyone in it is an oblivious idiot.

OutSider1234

Anything involving Reginald. Can’t stand him as a character. Just watched the episode where Roger becomes a cop and just cringe when Reginald comes on. So glad they got rid of him

BEniceBAGECKA

I hated the balalaika band.

JohnM1995

I think this can apply for 90% of the TBS subplots, but "Roger is a flower" was basically DOA once those four words were combined!

toothbrushuser11

The one in “Bar Mitzvah Hustle” is intentionally weak and they call it out

el-lobonegron

I just wanna know more about "Mind Quad" and "the differently abled body Jimmy boombox" i need more
