You can control all these things programmatically using ZoomOSC. Node Red provides a decent GUI, or you can hire a programmer to make a small program that ingests a spreadsheet and sends the commands to ZoomOSC for multiple rounds of Breakout Rooms. How many participants and how many rooms are we talking about? And what’s your deadline?
Maybe 50 participants split across 10 rooms. Deadline is tomorrow (3/20), so not really enough time to figure out this programming stuff.. Thanks for the advice.

1. You assign them to breakouts, open the breakouts 2. close breakouts, they all come back to main 3. open breakouts, all the assignments stayed.

Yep, when you close breakouts those assignments keep unless you specifically reload or change them.
