See, that sounds like a good idea on paper, but people are probably gonna complain about how many forms Ultras get and how useless the previous forms are. Even more so than they complain with the New Gen Era forms. Not to mention the kinda budget Tsuburaya would need to make THAT many suits for a single Ultra. They already use up a lot of money creating a single Kaiju suit, to the point they'd rather retool older suits into new Kaiju. Why do people think they're apparently gonna have enough money to make more Ultra suits as well? 💀
to be fair, Kamen Rider is much more malleable compared to Ultraman, with so many motifs to choose from, while that's something Ultraman can't do without making the heroes too unrecognizable. Ultraman is the only motif that they can really go with (though admittedly, r/B and Taiga *didn't* have to do it, though I guess the latter is celebrating New Gen)

I dunno if a lotta people know this, but I was doing some research on Ginga a while back and found out that Ginga was orginally going to be a sequel (or at least take place) in Ultraman Gaia's universe as a celebration for his (I believe) 25th Anniversary. It's pretty funny since now, when Gazer starts airing, it'll be Ginga's 10th Anniversary. Funny how it all comes around aye? Wouldn't be shocked to see Ginga making a cameo in Gazer

Honestly not counting on it and wouldn't mind, with the real life approach and the fact that there is no way New Gen Gaia can ever top XIG, so doing nothing at all would be preferable to half-assing New Gen XIG
After creating proper defense teams like Storage, GUTS-Select, and new GUTS-Select, it'd be dumb to discontinue defense teams after ALL of that. The mechs and CGI technology in those three 2020 shows has already revitalized interest in proper Ultra Mechs that had previously been absent after more than a decade.
Even if they did something similar to XIG, they can do what Decker did and make its team unique to that universe. New Guts select isn't much of an exact parallel to Super Guts, they're more like a special unit of TPU's military
