1940 - cow milkers
By - mistermajik2000
Man, the 1940s were wild.
They wore them the other way around in the 20's, that's why it was called the roaring twenties.
Dickbutt, saviour of cowmilkers knees
I fell on it doctor
One in a million shot doc!
Fusilli Jerry. “Because you’re silly!”
Lmao u joke, but my mom's a surgical nurse and they had an inmate come in one day with a shaving cream can stuck in has ass that needed surgically removed. He said he fell on it in the shower.....
Okay but hear me out, why not make it have three legs? You’re going through all the trouble of making a custom stool and securing it to your body, why not make it a little more comfortable?
Your legs provide the other two legs. Designing that way allows leaning.
This is the most practical way when milking in the field, you sit and lean your head into cow just in front of her back leg
They're still commonly sold. It's not a custom thing.
But they are specialized for milking...
Yes, but they're not a custom item made by those guys. You go down to the feed store and buy one.
My bad. This was cross-posted to specialized tools, and I was answering in that frame of mind. You are correct in your answer to the poster above.
Gotchya. And now I'm going to check out that sub.
well yeah a specialized tool but not a custom one
So they say.
The muddy and poopy ground is totally uneven. This is much better to sit level on.
I don’t know if it’s true or not, but one time I went on a field trip to a farm and they showed us this one legged cow milking seat.
The farmer told us that a seat like this was great in case the cow fell over or for some reason started walking sideways onto the person milking it. All the person had to do is spin 180 degrees and could quickly stand up and move away, taking the seat with them (tied to them), possibly avoiding injury from the cow tipping over, or stomping on them. As well as leaving the ground clear for the cows safety.
[They still make them like this](https://www.lehmans.com/product/one-leg-milking-stool?shopping&gclid=Cj0KCQjw6s2IBhCnARIsAP8RfAj32KaarQpKNYhURLZJRejpXx6hNlJRdkn5CS61K-LxORdXEghKXPgaAsVuEALw_wcB)
It’s shaped the same on both sides. That’s how it stays in place.
I'm confused, who is getting pegged here?
another two farmers that do not have this kind of strapons
it's like inverse passives
What are you doing, step-cow milker?
I’m taking your phone 😭
An old farmer i worked for as a kid had one of these.. I thought it was funny till the end of milking and my knees were beat from squatting all evening, and he was just fine..
They look like bees
Does having a giant mushroom stuck to your ass somehow help you milk cows better, or is that just something you do for fun?
>Does having a giant mushroom stuck to your ass somehow help you milk cows better
It's for sitting on, and is strapped on (😏) for ease of moving more quickly from one cow to another, so yeah, it probably does (plus, they most likely wouldn't be using it if it didn't!).
Did anybody suggest maybe using a chair as opposed to some sort of back ass sodomy machine?
Actually that is a chair with just 1 leg.
Using a classic 4 legged chair means of having your hands occupied with moving the chair, then moving the bucket, then putting everything in position (cows move around) then start milking. But like this he has just to position himself with the bucket and simply sit.
Alright how about this:
A chair with wheels
Never been in a barnyard, huh?
Guess he meant AWD
Introduce that and ten years later we're watching all terrain milking stool races on ESPN 8.
I'm more of a railyard guy myself
> is strapped on (😏) for ease of moving more quickly from one cow to another
And like the other person added already - if you have a regular chair (or small stool, which is much more likely to be used for milking cows), you have to bend down, lift it up, and move it along each time you move to the next cow. Having it attached and there, ready to be sat on when you squat down to reach the udders, is probably just more convenient and/or efficient.
why not give it at least 3 legs.
Easier to manoeuvre/balance on? Saves on materials? Fewer legs to accidentally bump in to your co workers/cows with?
I honestly have no idea, but this isn't an unusual concept, look up 'single leg milking stool' and you'll see loads of examples.
One of the other commenters said it was so you can lean as needed during milking
Did you know those were symmetrical?
Ohhhhh its used like a stool ok I understand now. I thought it was somehow used for... stimulation for one reason or another.
I think they have those on backwards.
Truth be told there isn't a cow within 50 miles of these guys.....
50 miles is 80.47 km
That's what she said.
I’m wearing something similar right now.
You're wearing the strap-on wrong again.
You peg your way and let me peg mine!
We can peg in middle neath that old southern line
If that aint a Waylon Jennings lyric!
40s? my dad uses It today, but it's custom made from wood.
The original ass hats.
Turn them around and they’re gonna be having a good time
You're trying to get the wrong type of milk
"Alex...I'll take 'anal bum cover' for $200."
"Alex.... I'll take anal sword fight for 400"
uhhh… someone please explain?
It's a portable stool the sit on for going from cow to cow.
So you crouch down and lean back?
Are you sure these aren’t on backwards somehow I felt more confident before
Someone should tell them they have them on backwards
That's how you fuck two chicks simultaneously
