I just bought the first 2 stories (the promis and the search) and just dropped $200 on the rest (including the Korra comic) because wow they are so amazing. 100% worth it. My boyfriend just finished the Kyoshi books and said they were wonderful as well
Toph vs bumi is great cause there waiting for eachother to make the first move. waiting to strike at the right moment is the key to earthbending
And they both masterd this
>!To be fair, they are waterbenders. Its just that they were traumatized by the fear that they would be taken away by the fire nation if they waterbent. Which you know was happening. !<
>!Paku trains them after their mother sends them to him to learn waterbending!<
100 years old and in perfect shape, it would have been embarrassing if he was jot well for toph, but at his condition toph had the dis advantage of inexperience especially since earth bending is about observing and then reacting. Bhumi has done a lot more observing especially since toph couldn’t even see for a lot of her life.
Yeah being 100 years old alone is an amazing feat in itself. But being alive after being enclosed in a metal cage exposed to the sun, as an elderly person.
Oh and Bumi is the only person in ATLA to experience Sozin's comet twice!
Yes he is very strong, that’s why the battle being a draw could be considered a win for the twelve year old. She was clearly outmatched yet she didn’t loose.
> especially since toph couldn’t even see for a lot of her life.
But that actually functions as a massive benefit for her, especially when fighting another earthbender.
Seismic sense is a lot better than regular eyesight in that situation.
If I'm thinking of the right comic, it was a sparring match a day or two before Sozin's Comet. They didn't get too far before they were convinced to take a rain check, the rest of the group didn't want them getting hurt or giving away the camp's position.
The first is North and South Comic
Pakku water bending school, rebuilding South Pole.
And Katara dealing with the advances and changes of the South Pole
Toph vs Bumi
It's a Comic where they fight and it's a draw
Yeah, I agree, Bumi vs Toph in the comics were, in my opinion, a little loose, it just happened randomly, with really no solid structure around why they startet an earth bending match, SPOILER ALERT >>> >!Suki said “wow! You took your whole city back all on your own! You really are the best earth bender!”, that’s when Toph steps in and, as usual Toph stir around some trouble, and both Bumi and Toph threw insults at each other and sokka stepped in and proposed an earth bending match, keep in mind this was happening then team avatar met with the white lotus, and they were right outside Ba Sing Se, which the fire nation captured, and Toph and Bumi were bending literal mountains at each other, until the other white lotus members heard the sound and went to the place they herd the loud sound, zuko was talking with iroh and I think Jeong Jeong was there too, and they herd the noise and rushed to the canyon that Toph and Bumi were fighting in, and when iroh, Zuko and some other white lotus members talked some sense into them, they finally settled down,!
I'd love to see Toph vs Bumi animated.
Wait, Bumi vs Toph?! I GOTTA read the comics...

Its all fun and games until full moon🤣 ( it's a joke, I know she wouldn't)
Paku: What? I'm not being sexist. Katara: Yes, but maybe you should also check if they can waterbend first. Paku: So many rules.

That child’s name? Yakone Einstein
Well done
I don't read the comics, but if anyone could tell me what happened that would be cool!
Basically, Bumi and Toph battled to see who the best earth bender was and it ended in a tie.
Cool! It seems kinda natural that Bumi and Toph battling would end in a tie
The fact Toph "tied" with an Earth King who has had decades of training...means she is the winner.
He’s also over 100 years old so idk about that

Experience vs. Power. That would be a good fight.
Siku means piss in polish
Which comics are these?
What comic is this from?
Its not a fair fight
Dude, it's should have. Not should of, should HAVE. Think about whether the words you're writing actually work grammatically.
