There's a reason this song was my most listened last year, it's absolutely amazing... I really hope they revisit that theme, in fact, just the general atmosphere of them testing stuff out that we had with Transmissions, in a future album or something!
I hope they carry that song's vibe into the next album. Could you imagine listening to the albums in order together and getting a deep/heavy album after Something Wicked?!
I've been listening to Annihilated Love, Alchemy, Disappear, and Endless Endeavour in order and the transitions really just make it feel like one big song. Absolutely love it
This!! It tells a story of what it feels like to be in a relationship with a clinical narcissist, someone with NPD. Otherworldly also fits bc it’s before those songs and feels like the love-bombing stage, especially with the lines about the other person being superluminal and knowing them before they knew themselves. It’s *too* perfect.
Down With The Fallen, it has gotten a lot of plays from me. There's just something about the lyrics.
And Diving Bell. The VOCALS in that!!!!! And the lyrics, too.
I highly agree.
This song never seems to get mentioned.
Yet, it's one of those songs for me that instantly makes me feel uplifted and helps to put me in a peaceful mood.
Interesting.
The meaning behind it is overall negative, yet I often turn negative meanings in songs into something inspirational and think about the positive things to airboat even while experiencing anything like depression, anger, hopelessness, etc.
The way the instruments sound alone is mostly what makes this song enjoyable for me.
It definitely hits hard for me, as well.
I can't help but think about things that Dustin tried to convey, it is really meant to be a song that killed everything. I don't personally understand how it could turn into something uplifting, maybe inspirational, but uplifting is definitely not one of them in my opinion.
Yeah I usually think quite differently when it comes to personal perspectives with music.
I don't exactly take the songs alone for what they say, rather I make sense of the lyrics through my own experiences and make the lyrics make sense in an entirely different way than Dustin/Starset intended for the lyrics to mean.
Waking Up is so underrated. It has such a chill vibe to it, and honestly just shows that a Starset song doesn't have to be heavy in order to slap harder than a chancla.
Got a few that fit this but I want to say my main two right now are Everglow and Something Wicked. These likely get mentioned a lot but still feel like hidden gems in a sense.
Between the sheer emotional journey that Everglow offers from start to finish and the impact that Something Wicked throws at me its a massive toss up. Both comforted me during a dark time of my own creation and deserve all of the praise they can get.
I discovered Diving Bell when I was at a low point and it quickly shot up (and still is) to my number 1 starset song. I could write an essay about it with how much goes on in that song, it's just (in my opinion) so damn good.
Recently, I've mostly heard Carnivore since I've been reflecting on how much has gradients since I first found starset years ago, and this was the first one I ever heard.
Yet, for what we may call deep that doesn't get mentioned...
Perhaps Into The Unknown and Gravity Of You.
Yet thinking about this now makes me want to hear Telepathic, Other Worlds Than These and Leaving This World Behind.
I check on a tier list I've made every 2 or 3 months to see how my opinions change overtime if what my favorite starset songs are.
It's not so easy to decide since they're all masterpieces in my opinion.
So, my top 2 songs by Starset are "Where The Skies End" and "Let It Die."
However, if we're going for favorite songs that are REALLY underrated / never talked about, for me it's either "Frequency" or "Back To The Earth."
Considering that "Back To The Earth" was a single released before Vessels, and then "Frequency" was used in the 2017 U.S. Demonstrations trailer, I honestly am surprised, and saddened, at how forgotten these songs seem to be.
Also, "The Future Is Now" should get a shout out as well. Criminally underrated song...
I got a good few cus PTSD moment
Faultline hits he hard man. like really hard
Trials reimagine, idk what it is about it but it just makes me feel less alone
Bringing it down, maaaaan some of the lyrics just feel like a call out
Ricochet, personal fav of mine and hits me about my Ex's
Earthrise, just man, man.
disappear and let it die really get to me and i know it's technically not a starset song but like. waiting on the sky to change has been something that hits me hard and sometimes on bad days gets me teary eyed
Something Wicked or Down With the Fallen. Down With the Fallen feels like trying to get back up and find a new path after getting burned or losing something precious. Something Wicked feels. . . eldritch, like someone succumbing and giving into their darker half.
Antigravity always hit home for me. Feels like you can take on anything
"The energy has set me free
And pulled me through the galaxy.
I've risen up, beyond the sky
I am awake, I am alive"
Dark On Me. That song always puts me in my feelings, but it has also helped me tremendously. It’s precious while also bittersweet.
"...In the dead of night, you went dark on me..." It helped me get through tough situations.
This! First song I ever listened to by them and man it really got to me. Such an underrated song
There's a reason this song was my most listened last year, it's absolutely amazing... I really hope they revisit that theme, in fact, just the general atmosphere of them testing stuff out that we had with Transmissions, in a future album or something!
Into the Unknown is such an interesting song. One of my favorites. Never really see it mentioned
Man that song might be my favorite song off of Vessels tbh.
I was going to mention this. It’s one of my absolute favorites
Something Wicked hit really close to home when I first paid attention to the lyrics. Easily my favorite song.
I hope they carry that song's vibe into the next album. Could you imagine listening to the albums in order together and getting a deep/heavy album after Something Wicked?!
Pure faxs
Hard agree!
Unbecoming
I’ve been really loving Starlight lately
I sing that one to my girlfriend. She loves how much of a romantic I am
I've been listening to Annihilated Love, Alchemy, Disappear, and Endless Endeavour in order and the transitions really just make it feel like one big song. Absolutely love it

Does Let it Die count?
My fave
W song choice
Let it Die is a banger asf but it's a bit more popular
Ricochet, if im being honest
Those lyrics really stopped me in my tracks the other day
Oh yeah, I know the feeling
Ricochet is, without a doubt, my favorite Starset song.
It is a tremendous song
Well: Antigravity, Die For You, Telephatic, Echo and this one: *follow meeeee follow meeeeeee into the breeeeech*
Down With The Fallen, it has gotten a lot of plays from me. There's just something about the lyrics. And Diving Bell. The VOCALS in that!!!!! And the lyrics, too.
Down with the Fallen is a perfect album opener
#
Solstice
Dark on Me or diving bell
I adore Diving Bell
I do to its a heart-breaking song but is so good
Leaving This World Behind
Telescope
Faultline is too damn underrated
I highly agree. This song never seems to get mentioned. Yet, it's one of those songs for me that instantly makes me feel uplifted and helps to put me in a peaceful mood.
Oh it gets mentioned quite a lot, although not for the same reasons you've put forward unfortunately
I never understood why! and I still don’t! That song was my favorite for so long.
This song is really depressing, and hits really hard.

💯
Starlight and die for you. I like to listen to the starset radio mod for fallout 4 because it forces me to listen to all of their songs lol.
Last to fall
Into The Unknown or Back To The Earth.
Back To The Earth and Frequency are the two, besides the Future Is Now, that I feel like this subreddit seem to completely forget even exist.
Really? I always thougth back to the earth was a banger, I mean, just listen...
Waking up. Idk what about it people dont like, i guess cuz its not really heavy at all, but i still love the sound of it
Waking Up is so underrated. It has such a chill vibe to it, and honestly just shows that a Starset song doesn't have to be heavy in order to slap harder than a chancla.
Faultline, Die for you (acoustic) and Starlight are so damn good
Icarus is a banger, but imma go with Carnivore
After hearing both live back in July it's only made me love both songs even more.
Not really a deep cut, though
Is for me
I gotta say both die for you or everglow
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA CUM I'll show Every ghost In me
Why did you have to ruin it so hard x,D
Point Of No Return was the first one I heard & liked from them, still holds a special place for me
Last to fall, I love the vocals.
There are so many but I’ll say Telekinetic
Got a few that fit this but I want to say my main two right now are Everglow and Something Wicked. These likely get mentioned a lot but still feel like hidden gems in a sense. Bringing It Down Version 2.0 is a work of art that needs to be recognized and appreciated. Change my mind.
Recently, I've mostly heard Carnivore since I've been reflecting on how much has gradients since I first found starset years ago, and this was the first one I ever heard. Faultline and Back to the Earth
telescope
Flair
Perfect machine is my all time favorite followed by ricochet, annihilated love and endless endeavor
Alchemy https://preview.redd.it/5rbsh6h1784a1.png?width=576&format=pjpg&auto=webp&v=enabled&s=c602246b9f3d93832b60d95ad42165520eb3ae6e
Stratosphere is honestly one of my favourite deep cuts, such a brilliant gem and one of my instant favourites on Divisions for me
Tunnelvision and Trials. Bangers the both of them
It has begun is my favorite. It was the first song I found from them. Leaving this world behind is a close second tho
Man I love it has begun I wish the lyric part of the song was longer
I'll let my flair speak here
Faultline
Dream catcher and waking up are good too.
The Future is Now and Telescope are in my top 5 songs of all time
Gravity of You is my absolute favorite and I’ve yet to find someone who agrees
One of my favorites! First song i thought of when i saw this post lol
Dissappear all the wayyy! Echo is also fantastic!
The Future is Now is very lore based, but I absolutely love it, yet it always seems to be low on people's tier lists
DEVOLUTION and Telepathic are my favorites. yea they’re kinda popular but whenever I ask people their favorite song I almost never hear those come up
Gravity of You is the most underrated song of all time
Point Of No Return and Unbecoming are the two that come to mind for me. They've helped me through some pretty dark times, and I love them
Telekinetic
Dark on be, devolution, unbecoming, stratosphere for me
Last to fall 🥰🥰
Everglow. The most brilliant and epic song that takes you through a journey. I want to get sucked into a black hole while listening to it
Point of No Return :D
Other worlds than these. 100%.
I got a good few cus PTSD moment Faultline hits he hard man. like really hard Trials reimagine, idk what it is about it but it just makes me feel less alone Bringing it down, maaaaan some of the lyrics just feel like a call out Ricochet, personal fav of mine and hits me about my Ex's Earthrise, just man, man.
disappear and let it die really get to me and i know it's technically not a starset song but like. waiting on the sky to change has been something that hits me hard and sometimes on bad days gets me teary eyed
Gravity of You 😍
My favorite deep cut has to do with precious pearls and Shiney gemstones
Frfr 💀
Stratosphere.
Other worlds than these and telescope are some of my favs of all time
Don't know how often it gets mentioned, but I pretty much never see people talking about halo and that is criminal.
I mean, I've cut deep to several starset songs........ Oh shit that might be too dark for this subreddit 😂😭
Yiiiiiiikes bro
Something Wicked or Down With the Fallen. Down With the Fallen feels like trying to get back up and find a new path after getting burned or losing something precious. Something Wicked feels. . . eldritch, like someone succumbing and giving into their darker half.
Earthrise is such a beautiful song.
About a week ago, I got myself re-addicted to Let it Die, I've had it on loop and have been listening to *only* it ever since.
Antigravity always hit home for me. Feels like you can take on anything "The energy has set me free And pulled me through the galaxy. I've risen up, beyond the sky I am awake, I am alive"
