Everyone has a hard time with it at the beginning. You'll either love ot or hate it as time goes on

Start a second farm. Get to the fishing mini game. Practice on the first cast. You can't ever fail it. If that doesn't help use the beginner rod until level 5.

it gets a lot easier as u level up your fishing skill and get better rods.. also practice and getting used to it
