Are you serious? How can you write its not a secret the government is qabilist and then question on whether Garxajis can open a business? I would need governmental papers for the business I want to open, and it would have to be in Hargeisa.
It's a small business, the civilians are making the threats but they're emboldened by the government. They ask for qabil first and once they knew she was Garxajis started threatening her, making up fake stories, attempting to sabotage etc.
I swear to God, I've never heard something like that before. Can you please specify where in Hargeisa? Coz it depends, if you're on Cabbaaye or Daami, then I wouldn't be surprised, but if you're on Waaheen or Gobanimo that's kinda odd. plus tell her to report them that's not acceptable
Us garxajis are not marginalised but for a garxajis like me it would be easier to open a business in burco or one of our cities rather than hargeisa
However for gaboye or another minority clan or even other clans that are not isaaq its very difficult to open a business there

The current government is corrupt, but why can't you open a business if you want to?
My family has discouraged me and my cousin (business woman) is getting verbally abused in Hargeisa ever since Muse was voted into power.
