Okay where exactly is this place is the falls?

This is in southeastern WA, the Palouse river is a tributary of the Snake river. Was just there last month, we drove up from the Tri Cities area and wow it was a beautiful springtime drive. The road to the parking lot from the main road is super bumpy and kinda long but so worth the visit. There is a family of marmots or similar species that live on the cliffs by the fenced area. We trekked north of the main fall where you can climb down a rocky path by the train tracks and get to the upper falls. The combination of the water, skies and landscape really made for a beautiful visit. Highly recommended. Coordinates 46.6634797, -118.2247862
