I have learned not to judge leaked pictures too harshly because it's difficult to see the details of the items on small pictures... But those items in the picture look very similar to what we have gotten already with other packs.

Csme here to say: reskin, reskin, reskin. This pack just doesnt have the I need it vibe like courtyard oasis or the plant kit which both added things we didnt have and brought some uniqueness to build and buy.

The bar literally looks like a recolor of the base game modern bar :/ that other chair bench looks to chunky too for my liking personally. The little circle chair looks like something from island living recolored too same with the cube and the fan. The curtains honestly look like the dine out ones. Also all of this I pretty much just downloaded from a cc creator. Though I guess for console it’s nice but not for the price in my opinion.

Yeah the first round at least were all by CC creators, and a big chunk of the money goes back to the creator! I'm not sure why they'd stop doing that. I know they've been collaborating more with creators in general.

Call me what you want to but I had a genuine happy cry the other day at how much CC is out there for like, everything you could ever want to make in the Sims 4, and how much effort the community puts forth to making this game more enjoyable. Maxis simply can’t keep up with the creativity and output of the Sims community. I’m going to continue to be disappointed with them, but grateful for the foundation of my favorite game.

Main draw for me would be the angled window (the part that juts out seems to be 1-tile wide, so you can stack a bigger floor for a seamless angle; I guess CC creators will have to create multiple floor heights and widths though) and folding doors/archway (would be nice to have a closed version as well, or one that actually animates to open and close, but it doesn't seem to be the case.) The dining (?) chair and bar stool look alright, and the curtains could have some nice swatches. The rest of the items are either bland or require a more detailed look. I'm looking forward to seeing what builders do with it, whether or not I buy it. It looks like a pack that will play well into Oasis Springs right off the bat, but I can also see it in Strangerville, Del Sol Valley, Selvadorada, etc... as one of those out-of-place modern developments.

I won't buy it right now for financial reasons but it looks good and I would probably end up using a few of those items a bunch.

I quite like it. I like the look of built into the plaster that goes with the mission style in Oasis Springs. I think the pieces will blend well with other pieces we already have as well (like one of the newer base game chairs). I also like that they included a wall and floor with this. I hate it when I can't find a matching wall and floor.

Not impressed. But then again, I'm still upset that it's not a dessert-themed kit like I thought it was when I first saw the name.

I honestly really like it because I like to use neutrals in my builds. Some of the furniture seems to just be reskins but a couple of these items (light and the fan mostly) are in colors that I'll actually use now. For example, the main reason I bought the werewolf pack was for the new ceiling fan lmfao. but was disappointed when I realized it only came in rusty swatches. so I'm glad we're getting another one 😂
